Modern society which loses its internal mechanism of self-reflection and self-criticism makes a profound crisis of utopian thinking.“spatial revolution” and the unification of space as a globalized territory,caused by “the great geographical discovery”,have completely broken the space of utopian imagination.The present scarcity of utopia which represents a spirit of eternal transcendence,can be explained from three aspects,that is,the human enslaved psychology、the cultural context of “the end of history”、the deviation of their original role of political power structure.In all,in virtue of modernity abandoning significance and value,it becomes the most persuasive reason for its banishing utopia significance and value.

After being disclosed by Chen Jiongming to foreign newspapers,the Alliance of China,Germany and Russia proposed by Sun Yat-sen triggered strong responses from both the inside and outside of China.It was wrongly labelled as “extremism” and “pro-bolshevik” by great powers.Press circles from England and France claimed it as a conspiracy plotted by Russian Bolshevik.Beijing government gestured that it would pay close attention to the matter.Cao Kun and Wu Peifu,from the circle of politics,immediately proclaimed that they had nothing to do with Sun Yat-sen.What’s more,there were a lot of people defending Chen Jiongming’s act of treachery.Sun Yat-sen was left without a choice but to publish a declaration to clarify the truth.Minguo Daily Newspaper in Shanghai vindicated the alliance.Both the communist party and the Kuomingtang went to great lengths to advocate and vindicate the alliance for they were well aware of the fact that the alliance was about the independent foreign policies of China.The communist international and Russia also supported the promotion of the alliance.From the variety of reactions to the alliance of China,Germany and Russia,we are able to have a view on the complicated relationship between the two parties in China and the Imperialism,the relationship between communist international and Russia in Soviet Union.

This Thesis takes pragmatism as the discussing field which has been ignored for long.On the basis of it,this article analyzes the formation of the relationship among literary acceptance,literary form and ideology.In form,expression form is a power relationship discourse,embodied as three levels of recognition：rhetoric forms,form of style and center form.In ideology,kingship politics,the protestant ethnic,the nature of humans are the characteristics in politics,religion and philosophy respectively.In literary acceptance,reading for fun and rational purport are features in reading comprehension.The article is valuable to the literature pattern of pragmatism,and is pioneering significantly in the pattern study of relation between internal and external literature.

The function of the patent system in promoting technological innovation and economic and social development is widely seen as an ultimate goal.It is also the key function of the patent system.However,the constitution of the functions of the patent system has always been overlooked.Under innovation economics,the basic resource of economic and social development derives from technology diffusion—which is the main function of the patent disclosure under the article 26 of Patent Act.For the purpose of patent disclosure,we shall teach the common technical personnel how to carry out the invention (teaching function),manifest itself what the inventor has created (possession function),and disseminate the information of technology and right (information diffusion function),and thus cause patents to accomplish that goal—adding to the public’s “general store of knowledge”.To realize the function of the patent system,we should resort to patent documentation.

In a“low-carbon age”,the local environmental legislation is an indispensable way to implement the construction of two-oriented society.Of local environmental legislation,there are some demerits,including single legislative body,lack of local value proposition,tendency of sector interests,implementation mechanism based on administrative means,and inadequacy of local legislative system on ecological environment.This is an administrative-dependent environmental legislation or economic development-oriented environmental legislation.The construction of“Two-oriented Society”calls for the livelihood legislation so as to protect individual’s health and keep the sustainable development of environment,society and economy,adhering to the principle of balanced development on urban-rural environment,economy and society.In order to guarantee the scientific nature of local environmental legislation,coordination and talks principles shall be followed.In order to realize the livelihood-oriented local environment legislation,we shall uphold the livelihood and well-being of the people as the highest legislative philosophy,ethics of care for the socially disadvantaged,optimization of local environment legislative power and fully protect the non-powers legislative participants to participate in local environmental legislation.Local environmental legislation shall be specific so as to highlight the locality and implement thereof.In addition,the local environmental legislation should establish cross-sectoral and cross-regional coordination mechanism,and strengthen the Systematization of local environmental legislation.

the power of interrogation for police in England originated from the tradition of common law.In recent years,because of the increasing frequency of terrorist attacks and violent crimes like kidnapping,the public in England share a common wish that the police would crack down upon crimes more effectively and bring order back to the society so as to improve people’s sense of security.Against such a backdrop,England resorted to harsher criminal judicial policies to strengthen their control over crimes,which was mainly showed in their interrogating system.The right to stop and frisk of the police in England has undergone a series of modification and expansion.Meanwhile,the act of interrogation has been included in the norms of Criminal Law in order to prevent the police conducting arbitrary interrogation.

Panhu culture,exclusive to Miao Autonomous County of Mayang,is one of the well preserved and complete primitive religious cultures of China.It has plenty of contents,touching upon a lot of areas like mythological legends,totem worship and production,life,rituals and festivals and taking on manifest characteristics.They are pristine and heavy,peculiar in form.What’s more,they have multiple blending and local features.By applying certain theories from multiple subjects into the exploration and analysis,we find that Panhu culture not only has the social functions of messaging,preaching and entertaining,but also bears the value of research and exploration on facets like history,culture,science,society,ethic and tourism.
