Cultural diversity,which contains value diversity and diversity of belief,goes along with the history of human civilization and cannot lead to cultural homogenization because of globalization.Social order is laid on the foundation of moral consensus,democracy,and rule of law in the context of cultural diversity.Deconstructive postmodernism becomes available after the collapse of arbitrary rationalism;however,the moral relativism and nihilism implied in it are harmful.Eurocentrism goes bankrupt with the collapse of arbitrary rationalism.To maintain world peace and sustainable eco-civilization,people from different cultures should make dialogues and reach an agreement and realize fusion of horizons,following the fair rule of discourse ethic and the motivation of mutual learning.

Due to historical cause,Materialism and Idealism has become a mummified philosophy cognition and appraisal model.This model has evaluated philosophy by materialism and idealism,and caused the absolution and ideology of the divergence and oppositions of the materialism and idealism.This model has misread the basic problems of philosophy,making mistakes of simplification,abstraction and formulation,and caused harmful effects in theory and practice.It is advisable to break through this mummified philosophy model,and thus the Marxist philosophy has established interpretation rules of philosophy based on social practice rather than Materialism and Idealism.

Chinese scientific trend in the 1920s and 1930s has been determined as the scientism,which is doubtless.But it is not true.Actually Chinese scientific trend has relations and similarities with the occidental scientism.But it came into being in the period of national jeopardy and was influenced by traditional practicality philosophy and lacked scientific spirit and practice,so it was not really the scientism,but the pre-scientism.It had strong society utility,for example,it ever filled up the vacancy of metaphysics in the May 4 period.It had been more strongly ideologized after the May 4 period.The Chinese scientific trend did not shorten the gap between China and the occident,but became the block of modernization.

The common law of national minorities till this day has been important norms and regulations of guiding people’s behavior and maintaining the order of the society.There is institutional space in the regional autonomy of ethnic minorities.Many clauses in the constitution and law have provided evidences for the ethnic common-law to be incorporated into the national law.Ethnic autonomous regions have not fully and effectively utilized the nation’s institutional arrangement.They absorb the ethnic common-law by establishing its own autonomous legislation and thus bring about conflicts between the national law and the common-law during the judicial process.By conducting an investigation over the common-law in ethnic minorities,strengthening research on related theories,absorbing the rational and positive content of the common-law in the autonomous legislation,we can erase the conflicts between the common-law and the national law,so as to realize the sound interaction between the common-law and the national law.

There is a long-term stable relationship and a short-term coordinating mechanism between the development of Chinese Education productivity and economic growth.In the long run,the promote coefficient of the development of the education productivity to the economic growth is 0.77%,meaning that the economic growth not only depends on the improvement of the early education productivity level,but also relies on the deviation of the average level of the education productivity of the previous stage.From the causality analysis,the development of the Chinese education productivity level and the economic growth interact as both cause and effect.The exaltation of the education productivity level can promote the economic growth and vice versa.Hence,it’s required that the development of the education productivity should be given due attention.Thus,the government should set aside more expenditure on the development of education instead of ignoring the long-term function of education because the short-term significance of education productivity is not manifest enough.

As the supreme goodness,happiness is both the purpose of political science pursuit,and the organic unity of good life and good behavior.Sense of happiness and happiness index are the operational definitions of happiness,respectively representing the subjective experience of personal life quality and the assessment index of national happiness.Between economic development and happy life there is not a simple linear relationship,but a complex and interactive relationship.So the economic development does not necessarily bring people’s happiness.To highlight the positive effects between economic development and people’s happiness,government organizations must implement the happiness new deal which organically combines GDP and GNH as the main contents.As Chinese citizens,we must learn to make full use of happiness psychological methods such as re-cognition,desire control and good use of social support.

Compared to central government,local governments have absolute advantages to provide local public services,so they should be the main providers of public services.In the process of China's local governments to provide public services,for there are multiple difficulties in capacity,motion and pressure,their provision of public services can not meet the needs of the local public.To improve the level of public services provided by local governments,it should reform the mechanisms of support ability,motion incentives and pressure conversion corresponding reforms based on the existing predicament.

As a major part of the Confucianism,the people-valuing Thought has come a long way to its maturity which is actually finished by Zeng Guofan.Although Zeng’s intention is to defend the ruling power of the class which he comes from,the people-valuing thought features vivid ideas of respecting people,facilitating people,loving people and protecting people.Zeng’s contribution to the people-valuing thought lies in not only his completing the thought,his field practice of the thought,but also his presentation of the pracical guideline to realize the thought,which deserve to refer to in the work of constructing a harmonious society.

The clarification on the concept of myth is a key question in the study of the Chinese myths and legends.The study on the source of the “myth” etymology,which not only be beneficial to concretely show the specific historical context of the early Chinese mythology studies,but also be helpful to review how they borrow ideological resources,how to build their own research methods and academic style and other issues.The generation of the “myth” etymology contains the Sino-Japanese scholars of political consensus and method of resonance.Reflecting on Japanese factor of Chinese myths and legends of modern processes,the pros and cons of academic is worthy to be considered again.

The design idea and cultural connotation of Xiangxi folk furniture reflect multi-ethnic cultural blend and changes.Western Hunan folk furniture inherits unique local culture and custom,and witnesses people’s life and historical changes in Western Hunan.Cultural ethos of Western Hunan folk furniture embodies people’s feeling of fear and adoration to nature,reflects the philosophic thought “The Unity of Man and Nature” in view of nature,aesthetics,and life.Simple modeling of Western Hunan folk furniture,exquisite carving work,and abundant sculpture subject matter reflect the diversity and compatibility between the regional culture and aesthetics.Anti-order in layout and display of the folk furniture embodies people’s respect for human and nature.Using local materials,ecological and environmental-friendly materials,plain,and durable materials shows the characteristics of folk furniture in Western Hunan,namely,the return to innocence,and return to nature.
