Abstract: The low-carbon society is promoted by exploring new energy,new technology,and new economic approach,and takes the path of sustainable existing development as the practical mode,and aims at creating the society of habitat-oriented eco-civilization.Its primary premise is to rebuild the system of value guidance and the principles of action;its foundation is to create the habitat-oriented system and its operating mechanism;its basic task is to rebuild the habitat-oriented existing and living modes;its strategic focus is to rebuild the habitat-oriented eco-system and economic system;and its dynamic strategy is to carry out the low-carbon-life education among the people.
