    In modern society,disasters and epidemic diseases arise frequently and globally.The construction of temporary modern disaster and epidemic disease warning system is a key link for efficient precaution against disasters and epidemic diseases.The temporary warning system must attach utmost importance to human,taking “life is more precious than anything else” and “the value of life more important” as the fundamental value aim.The ethical principle of life safety and property safety must be followed,and the authentic information disclosure of disasters and epidemic diseases and universal accountability are the main contents of the system.Three-level disaster and epidemic disease warning system of profession,government and citizen shall be established and perfected gradually,and disaster and epidemic disease enjoy top priority.

    The Confucius ethics of loyalty and filial piety are based on lineal consanguinity of loving beloved and respecting the respectable.The ancient Chinese society was thus organized as an isomorphism mode of family and nation,with a well organized social structure and conduct regulations,which shaped the great and particular character of Chinese nation.With great change of the times and social circumstances,the regulative objects and function of Confucius ethical spirit shall be transformed creatively,namely from the single dimension of loyalty and filial piety to multi-dimensional social objects,from the unselfish sacrifice of feelings to multilevel obligations and responsibilities of the subject,which will achieve new achievements in the new times.This is the heritage and confirmation of our traditional ethical spirit,and improvement of the current imperfect morality as well.

     Ethical implication of Wang Fuzhi’s Qian Hexagram (the symbol of modesty) is mainly embodied in two aspects:from the Xiaoxiang hexagram in the Qian Hexagrams,that is,the position of Line statement of “Jiusan” in the Qian Hexagrams,it can properly explain why the Qian hexagrams contains modesty of moral rational；from the reasonable distribution system of “increasing  wealth to the poor and taking out the rich’s superfluous wealth”in the Daxiang hexagram,it can properly  account for the deep reason of ethical implication of Wang fuzhi’s Qian Hexagrams.Obviously,the Qian Hexagrams has its modern practical value in contemporary society.

     There were frequently droughts in Wei-Jin Dynasties and Southern and Northern Dynasties in Chinese history.The droughts took place mainly in the spring and summer,covering regions of the south of the Yangtze River,central plains and northwest area of China,etc.The droughts brought immense damage to the social economy and the life of people，which further intensified social instability.The feudal political powers attached great importance to droughts,and carried out a series of relief measures after droughts,including distributing relief materials,emigration for food,reduction for rent and enslavement,corpses burying,loan,reduction of punishment,expenses cutting and open trade.These relief measures played a positive role in disasters reduction,keeping social stability,ensuring the life of people and promoting recovery and development of social economy.

    As a modern Confucianist and the father of the constitution of Republic of China,Zhang Junmai did theoretical thinking and stating of his mass viewpoint while he was confronted with drastic China’s mass movements from 1930s to 1940s:from the perspective of good humanity,wishing ruling class to emancipate the mass consciously;from the perspective of rationalism epistemology,hoping social elites to enlighten the mass;from the historical perspective of integrated society，stressing social reforms by means of people’s knowledge;from the national perspective of transcendental classes,asserting that people’s rights and interests succumb to abstract national interests,and so forth.All of these laid the foundation of his betraying freedom and democracy finally.

    How to complete the transition of the depleting mining in the regional context is the key to sustainable development of mining cluster.The paper studied the characteristics of life cycle of the mining cluster by exploring the mining investment clusters,and constructed the conceptual model of the coordinated development of the  urban and regional based on the analysis of mining cluster formation mechanism and evolution,summed up that the mining cluster and regional collaboration development must achieve three functional changes:the local government functions from main function to the service function;the polarization center from a single structure to the multi-structure;region from regional development to the enhancement of the overall change.Only when we realize the transformation of the regional urban functions can we achieve the cooperative development of clusters and regions.

    Environmental tort is a special kind of tort,with the specificity distinct from general violations.The rational allocation of the burden of proof in civil tort action can balance the rights of both parties,and obviously the general allocation principle of burden of proof cannot deal with the particularity of environmental tort.The principle of inversion of the burden of proof in environmental tort litigation can also balance the status of the parties,reduce the difficulty of proof collection,and improve the positive effect of evidence,etc.However,the inversion of the burden of proof on the environmental tort litigation in the legislative and judicial practices in China needs to be further improved.

    The quotation of ShiShuoXinYu as a topical reference book and dictionary was unprecedentedly prosperous in the late Ming opusculums.The spirit of the book is ubiquitous.The system of Late Ming Pieces is more flexible than that of ShiShuoXinYu.ShiShuoXinYu shows the sophisticated mind,deep insight,unique recognition and affectionateness of Wei-Jin eminent people,while Late Ming Pieces shows childlike innocence,intelligence,peculiar hobby and real character.As opposed to the lasting appeal of ShiShuoXinYu,the whole system of Late Ming Pieces is more interesting.

    There is an absence of modernistic ethical appeal of individual freedom in the narrative ethics of Eros in contemporary Heluo literature.The narration of Eros is not only directly manifested as male physiological desire of female,covered with sociology and politics of the body,but is also presented as Foucault’s “sexuality”.Various ideology discourses are engrafted and piled on sex,leading to the concealment of its attribute.There is no individual or noumenon value of Eros in contemporary Heluo literature,which always falls to the “weighty flesh” under the pressure of bearing,money,power,and violence.

    Family by Bajin and Daydream in Canghe,though has a time space of more than half a century,both reflect the general situation and cultural features in China in the first half of the twentieth century.However,the different narrative angle in the two novels,the former being omniscient and the later being private,shows different political and cultural trends in different times.Comparing the different narrative angle,we can see the historical change in ideology,culture,and aesthetic value.

    At the beginning of 20th century,modes of literature narration captured people’s attention.The modernist writers frequently took in the similar items in modernist paintings to carry out their new literary experiments.Virginia Woolf began her experiment of the modes of novelistic narration under the influences of modernist paintings.Her masterpiece To the Lighthouse embodied some characteristics of paintings such as multi-perspective,non-personality and design.These modes of novelistic narration reinforced the aesthetic values in the field of narration,created a kind of brand-new iconic text and developed the art of modernist novels.

    The writer of this paper states that in the minds of some Chinese translation theorists there exists Nida’s Informational Translation Theory.The writer points out that Nida only uses the term of “message” in his works,which is far enough to develop a theory on “message”.Compared with traditional theory,Nida’s theory is only developed in the use of modern terms;the essence is just the same as the traditional theory.While Information Theory of Claude E.Shannon  aims at transmitting information,Nida’s Translation Theory aims at  transforming information.Transmitting information is different from transforming information.In the paper,the writer explains in detail the meaning of“message” in Nida’s theory.

     Folk sports in Wuling Mountain areas are deeply marked with regional culture,and they are important ways for local people to relax and entertain them selves.National fitness program is not the focus here.Life view in the transitional society is the cause for the change in cultural identity and value orientation,leading to a cultural orientation emphasizing market value,recreation value,cultural protection value and educational value in the area.

    This paper has analyzed self-citation rate of 548 Chinese college journals natural science published during 2005-2007,and fixed normal reference range for self-citation rate of each year.The reference range thus provides reference for the defining of over self-citation thereof.Study shows that self-citation rates of Chinese college journals of natural science during 2005-2007 are as follows respectively:0.100±0.096，0.086±0.090 and 0.078±0.077,declining year by year.The maximum of self-citation rates during 2005-2007 are as follows:0.257，0.234 and 0.204.From 2005 to 2007,over self-citation existed in 39(7.12%),35(6.39%),and 37(6.75%) of Chinese college journals of natural science.
