Abstract: Speech act value plays an important role in promoting ideological and political education.Essentially,it is a process in which people judge value and fact,and choose value and fact.Value categories mainly cover four aspects,namely speech content,way of expression,policy principle,and ethic content.Value strategies contain such aspects as synchronic educating,supervision and directing,speech checking,and effect examining.
