Abstract: Being environmental-friendly signifies that all elements that constitute environment are in accord with basic requirements,coexisting and cooperating with each other.Building an environmental friendly society should be carried out from a triple visual threshold,ecological,national and international.In terms of ecology,it  requires a harmonious relationship between human and nature,attaching importance to the combination of heaven and human and the blending of people and material;in terms of national environment,it places the priority to people,resolves conflicts and establishes a harmonious socialist society;in terms of international environment,it demands that all bring their talents into full play,cooperate with each other and push forward a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity.
