In 1844 Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts,1857—1858 Economic Manuscripts and Das Kapital,Marx thought that money in nature was the product of man,the subject of human nature, and the materialized form, representing nothing but social connection in labor exchange. However, money fetishism turned purpose into means, deprived the value of all things, distorted man’s feeling and need, and made it the inner drive of social development.Marx’s critical theory on money has no doubt strong realistic enlightenment in the increasingly mature market economy.

The Theoretical Connotation of Zhu Xi’s Interpretation on “Xinmin” and Its Inner Tension

Zhu Xi considers “Zai Qinmin”in the first sentence of The Great Learning should be “Zai Xinmin”,and he interprets the theoretical connotation of “Xinmin” in the unified interconnection of the three guiding principles:“Minde”,“Xinmin” and “Zhiyuzhishan”,that is,the realization of a naturalization of social unity with “Zhiyuzhishan” as the connotation guidance and by means of political cultivation. If we regard Wenwang as the model,“Xinmin” thus becomes an inevitable phase in the diachronic process of moral subject’s self-visualization from the inner part to the outer one.If we take Confucius as the model,it becomes an occasional event limited by current trend in the process of subject’s ultimate morality, only having pure sense of outer kingliness.Being negative with each other, the coexistence of “Wengwang’s way” and “Confucius’ way” in Zhu’s interpretation reveals highly inner tension and dispels the certainty and inevitability of ultimate morality.

Kant,in Heidegger’s explanatory strategies,is a crutch in the process of Heidegger searching for being.Everything,in searching for being, must be guided by searching for man.Transcendental imagination is the region which gave objects to human as finite domain, and Heidegger bursts out existence on the basis of Kant’s transcendental imagination. In Kant’s fundamental spirit, human establish congenital dimension and frame for nature in the recognizing respect because transcendental imagination as a hard form was incorporated. But Heidegger thinks that nature is the foundation of human existence, and finally nature will not be restricted by human activities because of its inner measure. In the process of searching for being and trying to strip the will of human to fully control nature, which is embodied in Kant’s cognitive activities,Kant’s transcendental imagination is dispelled and evolved in Heidegger’s philosophy.

Carlson’s affirmative aesthetics claimed that all in nature possessed the same beauty.Based on Walton’s aesthetic theory,Carlson created new aesthetic category for nature with science, avoiding grading in art appreciation, thus it contained inner logic.Affirmative aesthetics possessed deeper aesthetic motivation that was to save the nature and criticize human being’s occupation of nature.Since 1800s,the traditional view of aesthetic appreciation has cast away the nature itself, only taking man as its norm.Affirmative aesthetics, though in accordance with inner and outer logic, contained antinomy itself:it bore nature as its precondition, and it was only an ideal consumption that the nature returned to itself without human vision. The antinomy of affirmative aesthetics was rooted in the dual opposing view of nature which Carlson tried to surpass in vain.

In the viewpoint of phenomenology, the spiritual structure of aesthetic experience includes intentionality, imagination and understanding.Intentionality is the starting point of aesthetic experience, which discovers the content of aesthetic object, reveals the close relationship between aesthetic object and aesthetic subject, presents the inner time of experience.Imagination is the most active spiritual one, which is an ability to reappear object which is actually not present in intuition.Understanding is one possessing rational function, which signifies the creation of aesthetic content.

From the Song and Yuan Dynasties to Ming and Qing Dynasties, with the establishment of “Tusi” reign and the execution of “Tugai guiliu” (a system of local administrators in minority areas),drastic changes of political order have taken place in Xiangxi (in the west of Hunan Province),along with a deep influence in social life. The system of “Tugai guiliu” is a reconstruction of social and political order in the region,a turn from isolated “Tusi” reign to united feudal dynasty,in which the environment, subject, content, quality, and the way of social life have witnessed historical transition, bringing a more open, subjective and noticeable regional social life. The historical influence of this system on the transition of social life in Xiangxi reflects the interactive relation of the change of regional political order and the transition of social life, and it contains a deep historical significance.

The first education court in our country essentially was an attempt of “non-independent special trial” by educational judicial organs. As an outcome of reform during special historical period,it was independent in form yet half judicial and half administrative in essence when compared with prevalent educational judicial review of “non-independent concurrent trial”.With the law case relating to education being more complicated and specialized,it is demanded that educational trial organizers and practitioners should be independent and professional. Therefore, when we reflect the first education law in our country and borrow useful experience abroad,we should rationally choose the mode of “relative independent common special trial”.

Howards End is considered as an Edwardian “condition of England” novel.Through careful study of the subtle images, such as houses, umbrella, sword, car and hay fever, this paper analyzes the hidden social and humanistic connotations of these images.By means of symbolic description of these images,Foster brilliantly records the dilemmas of modern civilization:the separation between spiritual pursuit and material fulfillment, the opposition between culture and commerce and the alienation of man from nature, and expresses his worries towards the effects of industrialization and urbanization on British traditional rural life.

This paper analyzes the origin and purpose of morality. It contains the following arguments:morality, like law,is a kind of evil,a necessary evil;virtue, like morality,is also a kind of necessary evil;the origin and purpose of morality is not self-disciplined,it is the special and direct origin, purpose, and criterion of morality that brings benefit to non-human existence, while human benefit is brought by the ultimate origin, purpose, and criterion of it.On the one hand, when human benefit is in coincidence with that of non-human existence, the special, direct purpose and criterion of morality should be followed,on the hand, when conflicts occur between them,we should follow the ultimate purpose and criterion of it to protect human benefit.
