    The topic of war and peace is related to the content of existentialism.The existential identity of morality and politics makes it possible for western political philosophy to propose its theory of world reconciliation order based on ethics.While the classics advanced an idea of peace of polis on root of natural right,Kantian posed a theory of perpetual peace of the world on Principle of practical reason.However,the metaphysics of such principles had caused western traditional idea of perpetual peace to fall into the romantic argument.Based on the concept of world-history founded on material life,Marx’s theory of world peace not only has profound meaning of ethics but also finds itself a real and firm root,which has brought a critique to traditional idea of perpetual peace.

    Social relations and benefit conflicts are the practical preconditions for the problem of institution justice,and human beings’ self development exceeding nature and self consciousness are the thinking conditions for the problem of institution justice.The realization of institution justice is not a natural and historical process;instead,it is the result of such comprehensive factors as material foundation,theoretical precondition,and human development.The material foundation of institution justice depends on the objective rules of social development and specific material production;scientific supposition of human nature is the theoretical precondition of institution justice;and the reality of human development is the subjective condition for institution justice.

    Laozi Huahujing is a Taoism scripture relating to how Lao-Tzu cultivates Buddhism,and is also a scripture argued by Taoism and Buddhism.It covers three important points:Lao-Tzu’s birth time;how Lao-Tzu cultivates Buddhism;and why Lao-Tzu cultivates Buddhism.Since it came out,this scripture has roused sharp criticism from Buddhism and has been greatly challenged.This paper discusses the authenticity of the content of the scripture,and analyzes the reasons for it.

    The cultural criticism entailed in Marx and Engels’ tragedy view is directed toward all the existing and coming things,and it covers three criticism dimensionality.Starting from the multiple inner relationship between tragedy and politics,economy,and history,Marx and Engels’ tragedy view illustrated the nature of tragedy and constructed their own theory of social criticism.By exposing that human existence is self-contradictory and of antinomy,their tragedy view showed another space of possibility,turning outer value-criticism to historical self-criticism,thus realized criticism to capitalist society and its ideology and culture.

    “Model” as the image of “other” is a presentation in the process of intertextuality between postmodernism and Chinese local culture.In modern Chinese literature,“model” as a non-centralized image of “other” is the destruction of postmodernism to binary opposition;the evolution from a typical event to “other” is due to the destruction of postmodernism to meta-narrative;and the evolution from a typical circumstance to a plane “other” is due to the destruction of postmodernism to depth.At the same time,the cultural form of “model” as the image of “other” is represented in a process of “pan-elite,masses,and anti-elite”,which shows the different level of intertextuality between postmodernism and Chinese local culture.

     “Economic Depression Theory” advocates that unemployment could be eased by following a pro-active fiscal policy,directly increasing government investment and public expenditure,aiming at stimulating economic growth.This theory is still influential in theory and practice in capitalist countries,and it is worth learning when China is taking macro-control measures focused on active fiscal policy.However,when we appraise and learn from Keynes's theory,we should bear it in mind that,in spite of its redeeming features,Keynes's theory could never exceed Marx’s theory,whose dominant position shall never be shaken.

    With China’s increasing involvement in WTO and its gradual opening-up,some new trends of FDI in China’s service industry have occurred in terms of scale,speed,investment direction and management strategy,which have caused great influence on China’s service industry.The speedy entrance of FDI into China’s service industry can bring great benefit on the one hand;on the other hand,it also brings great challenge and might shock China’s economic and cultural safety.Therefore,to better utilize FDI in China’s service industry,China should actively and stably open up its service industry,correctly guide the flowing of FDI,and optimize the structure of its service industry according to WTO’s relevant regulations.While trying to create a favorable investment environment,China should also perfect its laws and regulations on service industry and strengthen the supervision so as to ensure the safety of its economy and culture.

    Whether it is called administrative contract or civil contract,the equality and balance between duties and rights of all parties of the contract of assigning the usufruct of sea-zone between all levels should be maintained.If we describe the nature of the contract as administrative contract,the rights of the usufruct may be violated by all levels of the Maritime Bureau because there are no system in China to keep the balance of the parties’ interests,like that does in France.So the best way is to interpret the contract as civil contract.

    Animals can not be the subject of human morality.There are also some obstacles for animals to become the subject of the legal relationship of human beings.Nowadays,the environment is becoming increasingly deteriorating.In order to maintain ecological balance,it is necessary to strengthen the legislative protection of animals.Although great progress has been made in animal protection legislation in China,there is still some insufficiency.In view of the existing situation,some efforts should be made:First,to clarify the principles of animal protection legislation;Second,to amend “Law on the Protection of Wildlife" and other laws relating to the protection of animals;Third,to formulate and enact “Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Animals” and other regulations.

    The frustrated psychology of university freshmen is closely related to their early life experience,such as personality,family education,and self cognition.To overcome this psychology and maintain both physical and mental healthy,the freshmen should adjust their study goals and ambitions,set up rational self attribution,strengthen frustration cognition,and build a mature psychological defense mechanism.

    As different modes of nurturing talents,liberal education and vocational education are connected to each other.But there is also mutual repulsion between them.The reason for the repulsion is because of the different requirements of professional education and the social adaptability of the talents.No essential conflict exists between these two modes.Liberal education and vocational education in modern universities should be developed in a complementary and harmonious way.
