Picking up and Transmission:an Interpretation  on  Chinese Tuvinian’s Memory of Archery Ceremony

Abstract: Historical memory is full of exertion,imagination and construction in the process of “picking up” and transmission.The memory of archery ceremony of Chinese Tuvanin is full of contradictory narratives,showing the instrumentality and impact of elite on their historical memory.The archery ceremony has become a showcase of ethnic culture of the Tuvanian people as well as the criterion distinguishing between the Tuva and other ethnic groups.
