Abstract: College student cadres belong to a backbone group who has a better comprehensive quality.It is found that the development of this group is generally good;however,problems also exist in them which are seen in low theoretical level,too much emphasis on personal development,excessive psychological pressure and so on.It is essential that colleges should further implement the scientific view of development and guide the student cadres in a proper way to foster their all-round development.
