Abstract: This paper discusses the relationship between government and market,pointing out that symbiosis and interaction is the ideal relationship between them.The author analyzes the cause of financial tsunami,arguing that despite its harm,it also provides a good chance for China to reform its macro-control of economy.Suggestions are put forward that government’s supremacy and the autonomy of the market should be properly adjusted,and the behavior mode of “symmetrical,mutual-benefit symbiosis” and structure mode of “integrative symbiosis” be constructed.
