The differences of the various schools of thoughts and their exponents during the period from pre-Qin times to the early years of the Han Dynasty do not lie in their advocacies, for they are all autocracism affirmers;nor do they lie in their historical conditions, for they all regard that autocracism should be conducted under any historical conditions,i.e.they are consistent autocracism supporters beyond history.Their differences lie in the ways of autocracy:should it be a benevolent, open and kind one,or should it be overbearing, wild, and evil? Based on this, autocracism in China can be classified into two kinds:the permanent and open autocracism represented by the Confucian school, and the permanent and evil one presented by the Legalists school.

A gentleman is one who is kind, good and moral. He might be one that is the kindest, best and with the highest moral value, therefore he might be an unselfish one.He is not necessarily the one that is the kindest, best and with the highest moral value,an unselfish one.A man is a gentleman with social moral value, and not a small man if he is unselfish and does not harm others to benefit himself,no matter what purpose his behavior might be.Even though he benefits him self at the expense of others,he is still a gentleman instead of a small man if his immoral behavior does not equip him with immoral personality.Only when his immoral behavior accelerates to equip him with immoral personality is he a small man instead of a gentleman. Therefore,a gentleman is the fundamental goal in moral cultivation;it is not the ultimate aim.

By dividing Kant’s preposition of “Men are Finite and Rational Existence” into four parts,Mou Zongshan finds the contradiction in it.These four parts are “Men are finite”,“God is infinite”,“God is rationally determined”,and “Ration is men’s ration”,and the contradiction is that “Ration can not comprehend itself”.Mou,depending on the source of traditional Chinese philosophy, demonstrates that “Men are finite and infinite” to solute the contradiction. The new preposition presents the infiniteness within the object itself as well as its significance, preparing the condition for the establishment of moral metaphysics.

Intersubjectivity of ontology includes three trends in its development: naturalism, fideism, and aestheticism. The intersubjective philosophy of naturalism advocates concession of the subject,i.e.the concession of rational subject to that of perceptual subject or natural subject to be harmonious with the world and realize the equal association between man and the world. This is against modernity and modern core subjectivity, and is a false theoretical construction that cannot fully realize intersubjectivity. The fideism trend in naturalism intersubjective philosophy is a defect to make it an ideal theory.Intersubjectivity cannot be realized by concession of subject to be harmonious with nature;instead,it should be realized by the sublimation of subject and the world, making oneself and the world the free subjects and realizing the free association between subjects. And this is the intersubjectivity philosophy of aestheticism.
