    Inheriting Confucian thought of rule of virtue,Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi advocated that the principles of rite should be applied in political field to change social order and realize political function.Meanwhile,they also emphasized the function of law to maintain social stability and avoid social turmoil.In their political philosophy,Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi suggested to solve the basic problems in rule of virtue based on human nature on the one hand,on the other hand they had changed the relationship between rite and law into one emphasizing education,putting punishment into a secondary position.Thus,they had succeeded in combining rite and law in political administration,which is an important source influencing Chinese political thoughts.

    Liang Shu-ming touched and felt the perfect essence of kung fu through learning from Du Xin-wu,a well-known swordsman in southern and northern of China.By long-term exercising of Taiji and internal school boxing,he can grasp the essential internal cultivation efforts.From reversing to following the true nature,from still to true move,the immortal vital force was cultured in the tranquility.All of the above mentioned in Liang Shu-ming’s life turned in the vivid thought of “cosmic vitality ”,and merged with the theory of “body is in mind”.Liang Shu-ming’s effort focused on vigilance in solitude,and achieved a state of quiet but strength,still but humanity.Liang Shu-ming interpreted the charm of the traditional culture in modern society,and embodied the unification of Confucianism and Daoism,tradition and modernity.

    In the great authoritarian background of ancient Chinese society,there was still a special ruling mode for the grassroots society which was maintained by the gaming of national public rights and civil authority.Generally speaking,there are two types of power in the traditional Chinese society.One represents the government;and the other represents the civil power which was usually referred as the countryside elite.The control of the national power on the grassroots society was always changing in different dynasties or even in different stages of one period.However,the borrowing of national power from the civil authority was always there.And the indirect intermediate ruling power was civil authority,namely the cult or intelligent.The civil society also gained power while it is used by the government.And the concerning civil rules were recognized by the government which in turn became the pivotal link of social management chain.

    Religion plays an important role in the process of formation and development of nationality.There are four types of relations between religion and nationality,namely resolution type,diversified type,diffusion type and disenchanted type.Without religious harmony,there would be no national unity.Without national unity,there would be no social stability.In religion aspect,we mainly use the spiritual guidance,sanctity supervision,institutional support,ethical constraint to argument national unity.We should adhere to the principle which is different but beautiful,mutual beneficial with win-win results,so as to make the different religions live in harmony,and then promote the carrier of religion belief -- nationality development and progress.

    The national harmonious development is one of the most important social indicators in the ethnic unity and progress. The national harmony based on the national culture difference,Without the cultural differences,the harmony itself does not exist. Similarly,without the ideas of harmonious society,the cultural differences can only generate social confusion and hinder the development of national culture. From the national cultural differences to the national harmonious development,this is a complex social interaction process,during which the key is the emotional and rational adjustment.As such,cultural differences can promote national harmony and the development of ethnic groups.

    Research on the strategies to promote Wulingshan regional development and poverty-alleviation program is significant both in theory and practice.At the macro strategic level,a sense of trinity is needed to put the regional development and poverty-alleviation program into the whole development of Hunan Province.Aiming at the four requirements of a green,innovative,digital and legal Hunan Province,emphasis should be paid to new type of industrialization,agricultural modernization,new type of urbanization,and informatization so as to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.At the implement level,five strategies should be followed,that is,the strategy of the optimized development of special structure,of the development of leading industry and specialty industry,of the development of intellectual resources,of the equalization of urban and urban public service,and of ecological construction and environmental protection.

    Human society has been changed into a dual social structure with the coexistence of real and virtual society.Non-governmental organization (NGO) also begins to take the virtual society as the organizational carrier for its development and growth,thus playing a positive role in prompting the scientific public policy-making,efficient solution to the Government network crisis and the completion cover of the social public service system.At the same time,it also influences and impacts the management for the virtual society as the issue that our public management has to face.Therefore,we should perceive it from the perspective of social governance and cope with it by means of the innovation and supply of management system,with the purpose of handling the relationship between government and NGO correctly,strengthening the management for virtual social domain,building a high-quality cultural and ecological internet environment.And our ultimate goal is to play out its real social benefit of NGO in the virtual society.

    Nowadays,household waste has become a big problem in the management of rural ecology.The prevailing mode of“storage,collection,transportation and disposition”at different levels has led to high cost and low efficiency in the process of disposal.However,with the mode of sorting disposal,most of the rural household waste can be locally disposed and recycled,which reduces the amount of waste and is ecologically safe.Presently,the successful application of this mode in some rural areas of our country has proved its ecological value.

    Since the implementation of the Labor Contract Law,there have been drastic arguments about the unfixed-term labor contract.The author of this paper holds that it is difficult for the Labor Contract Law to regulate avoidance due to the deviation of value orientation of the law from the conditions of the country in transition.To reduce avoidance of the law,the legal restriction on unfixed-term labor contract should be appropriately loosened,the legal system of unfixed-term labor contract perfected,and the liability system of avoidance improved.

     In the spectrum of criminal law and criminology,little research has been done on the crime concept,which not only affects the academic dialogue among different disciplines,but also constrains the discipline development in a way.The concept of crime is a concrete manifestation of the values;thus it is not feasible to pursue its interdisciplinary and unified concept.Through the investigation of the crime concept,the proper relations between criminal law and criminology can be concluded as follows:in the field of criminology,crime is a social fact with value property and it is reflected in the measurement of the behavior and its consequences;and in the field of criminal law,crime is a normative fact,which serves as the value judgment on the crime as a social fact and is reflected in the disposal of criminal.

    In the Web2.0 era,Micro-blog,by virtue of short,smooth,fast advantages,has formed its own unique opinion field and become a new platform for public expression based on network and mobile phone terminal platform.Micro-blog platform plays a positive role in citizen participation,democratic supervision and public opinion expression.However,because of the anonymity characteristic of the Internet,the irrational netizen,regulatory system deficiencies and other reasons,the network media violence surged up.We need to take the following measures for a set of management mechanism to overcome network media violence:to implement real-name system,strengthen social responsibility of the micro-blog users,establish public opinion analysis and regulation mechanism,strengthen the moral of network,and improve relevant legislations.

    Further researches on Foucault’s thoughts particularly on the Relationship Ontology shall be carried out.Relationship Ontology is the core of Foucault’s Literature Ontology,which consists of three dimensions of experience,metaphor and history.Experience focuses on the relation between existence and the other,embodying the dialogue between rationality and irrationality;metaphor focuses on the form and meaning,restructuring the internal and external relations of language;and history is the relation between structure and change,in which discourse analysis is an effective way.Relationship Ontology is of great significance for the reflections and recognition on the postmodern literary theory,and enlightenment for the development of modern literary discipline.

    Yongshun’s laosicheng site is an ancient cultural site which has important research value preserved by the minority nationalities in our country.It had been ruled as a capital for more than 800 years by Peng Chieftain of the Tujia Nationality.In laosicheng site and adjacent regions,geologic time is old,geological structure is relatively stable,the shape of terrains and landforms are abundant,natural scenery is beautiful.The functional zoning and infrastructure of laosicheng is complete,and the construction pays full attention to harmony and unification between human and nature,and it use natural resources rationally.And the whole laosicheng site forms the unique urban landscape.

    Group sandplay therapy is a psychological therapy in which the group members make the sandplay work thus promote the integration of themselves and psychological growth. Group sandplay therapy significantly improves the level of self consistency and congruence for the low-level individual. Individuals apply in the real enviroment the new adjustment mechanism for self-devlopment in help of growping dynamic from group relation. It could be considered during the developing of college psychologial education that combing the group sandplay therapy with individual counselling to improve the mental health.
