Abstract: Liang Shu-ming touched and felt the perfect essence of kung fu through learning from Du Xin-wu,a well-known swordsman in southern and northern of China.By long-term exercising of Taiji and internal school boxing,he can grasp the essential internal cultivation efforts.From reversing to following the true nature,from still to true move,the immortal vital force was cultured in the tranquility.All of the above mentioned in Liang Shu-ming’s life turned in the vivid thought of “cosmic vitality ”,and merged with the theory of “body is in mind”.Liang Shu-ming’s effort focused on vigilance in solitude,and achieved a state of quiet but strength,still but humanity.Liang Shu-ming interpreted the charm of the traditional culture in modern society,and embodied the unification of Confucianism and Daoism,tradition and modernity.
