The narrative of "good life" in the new era has a profound contemporary Chinese context."Good life" is a general category,which not only has rich theoretical connotation,but also practical direction and high transcendent dimension.Good material,political,spiritual,social and ecological life and so on organically constitute the basic content and value demand of "good life".The achievement of "good life" is a social and historical process,which fundamentally depends on solid material foundation,adequate democratic guarantee,rich cultural nourishment,good order and favorable ecological environment.Therefore,the construction of "good life" depends on the vigorous development of advanced economy,the full development of people's democracy,the in-depth elucidation of excellent culture,the effective construction of a just system and the realization of human-land reconciliation.At the same time,"good life" is not a static physical existence,but a social and historical process that constantly transcends the existing living conditions.

The "force field" formed by the tension of modernization and the anxiety of modernity constitutes MaoZedong's problem consciousness of theoretical thinking and practical exploration.And how to construct a modernity program in line with China's reality so as to avoid the disadvantages of western modernity has become the core issue that Mao Zedong has always paid close attention to.To deepen the research on Mao Zedong's modernity thought,we should grasp the overall historical clue of the development of the history of thought,that is,we should proceed from the dual perspective of the grand background of China's modern historical development and the micro-historical process of socialism in China (from traditional socialism to socialism with Chinese characteristics),comprehensively analyze Mao Zedong's modernity thought,and make a basic ideological history orientation.The fluidity,as the essential characteristic of modernity,fundamentally determines that Mao Zedong's thought of modernity is constantly echoed in different historical situations,and it influences the construction of contemporary Chinese modernity program in explicit or implicit forms.

Consequentialism is a new ethical theory developed in contemporary normative ethics.However,consequentialism is essentially a collective term of various consequentialist ethical theories,motivational consequentialism and virtue consequentialism being two of them.Motivation consequentialism holds that human action (behavior) motivation plays a decisive role in the consequences of behavior.Adams discussed the complex effects of motivation on consequences through a case study.Virtue consequentialism believes that human virtue plays a key role in the quality (good and evil) of behavior.Driver suggested that a character is a virtue only when it produces more good than evil.Both motivational consequentialism and virtue consequentialism focus on tracing the origin of the consequences of action from the internal aspects of human beings as actors,and there are both differences and similarities between the two.

Ethical trust is not only a way of freedom of behavior,but also a social spiritual structure.As the former,its concrete form is the moral trust of "mutual benefit" or the virtue trust of "pure altruism";as the latter,it is the deep structure of social order,and constitutes the essential norm and practice guide of the construction of system,law and regulation.The spiritual essence of ethical trust is "equal symbiosis",which is deconstructed in the form of moral degradation and virtue concealment,but in essence is the deconstruction of the spiritual structure of "equal symbiosis".There are two social approaches to deconstruct ethical trust,namely,pre-structural deconstruction and structural deconstruction.The former is the political design and creation of institutions,laws and regulations without the support of the spiritual structure of ethical trust by overstepping ethics.The latter refers to the social order constructed under the guidance of the spirit of ethical trust,which encounters abnormal world force in the process of operation and deconstructs its deep social spiritual structure.Both approaches stem from the monopoly of the "wealth power" structure.Therefore,it is necessary to fundamentally solve the problem of "wealth power" structure by changing the situation of ethical trust dissolution and rebuilding the spiritual structure and ethical trust mode of ethical trust.

Education and the spirit of the time are closely related to each other,and university is the rational conscience of the time.Unlike the optimism two centuries ago,most thinkers,including Heidegger,used to define the essence of the spirit of the times with "darkness" and "nihilism".Foucault,on the other hand,believed that there was no need to exaggerate the particularity of the present era.These pessimistic or objective reflections actually show that the great spiritual crisis in the West is ready for a new era.The root of the spiritual crisis of the time lies in the fact that the concept of "democracy" in the modern sense has been solidified into an ideology.Democracy itself is the mechanism of social politics,not the idea of education and the spirit of the times.Its demand for unprincipled equality ignores individual differences and replaces quality with quantity,thus erasing the nobility of the spirit of the time.This "majority principle" can only lead to the technology￣oriented value neutrality.Modern education that ignores quality becomes an assembly line of processing plant,and technology instead of virtue becomes a new belief,which eventually leads to "no thinking" and even the death' of education,history and philosophy.The criticism of today's educational idea is not intended to "discredit" the era,nor is it to show off the cheap sadness,but to face the reality.Only in this way can we find an appropriate way out and let new possibilities begin to emerge.After all,we are facing fundamental changes on an unprecedented worldwide scale.

Educational circumstances are the liquid complexity of educators,educational events and forms experienced by a particular child himself,which are children's realistic pictures and real condition in the educational world.The main living form of contemporary children is educational circumstances.Unfortunately,our country's educational circumstances aren't optimistic,in which a lot of wrong ideas and practices,such as forced learning,pursuing points,attending classes,regulating children and so on,are squeezing children's living space,leading to children's increasing discomfort in the circumstances.Chinese society expects children-oriented educational circumstances,and in order to create these circumstances,educators should take care of children's "self-growth power",constantly discover "real children",adopt ground-attached education,exposed education,abstinence education,build a buffer zone between educational services and children's growth and ensure the legal existence of the "educational blank area".

The internal dilemma in the current reforms of education and teaching is that,while we teach young students knowledge and quality development,the inherent value goal of individual life is not infused to them,so we fail to cultivate their corresponding sense of value and meaning.In other words,we haven't brought about individually complete adults.This means that we will have to go back to Herbart and reiterate the educational nature of teaching,that is,the unity of educational objectives,processes and methods,or rather,the unity of the goals,processes and methods of education towards the center of education,the individual adults.Life theory,a kind of teaching philosophy that we put forward,is not to be treated as a teaching guideline,but to arouse our love and sincerity in the face of lively students,and activate our soul to love education.

The current educational practice in China is characterized by a variety of chaotic phenomena,such as the shallow educational significance,vague educational objectives,superficial knowledge connotation,fragmented knowledge teaching,dramatized teaching process,and formalized teacher-student communication.Deviated from the true meaning of education,they are essentially caused by a kind of perceptual ecstasy which is deeply eroded and dominated by the image-oriented thinking in the "age of image-reading".As a physiological perceptual way for people to understand the current image world,"image-oriented thinking" has penetrated into the educational field and caused serious harm to educational theory and practice.Facing up to the harmful effect brought about by image-dominated education,we must strive to return from the image-dominated education under the rule of vision to the education dominated by reason in the conceptual world,changing from "viewing" to "thinking" under the guidance of Plato's theory of "understanding the world with reason".

The essential reason why network ideological and political education encounters a series of dilemmas under the background of social transformation lies in the failure to form a good trust relationship between the subject and object of education.It is embodied in the trust dilemmas of interpersonal communication,dominant value identity,and the emotional trust between the subject and object of education,which are closely related to the complex network communication environment,the background of social and economic transformation and people's different interests.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between the subject and object of network ideological and political education,we should clear up the communication channels,strengthen effective communication and mutual beneficial consensus,and promote the dominant value identity of the subject and object of education.Also,we should close the network interpersonal relationship and rebuild the emotional basis of trust between the subject and object of education,so that we can resolve the dilemma of trust between the two sides and achieve the organic unity of the network ideological and political education activities and the cognitive law of the subject and object.

The voice of the society for "good teachers" reflects the embarrassment of teachers in reality.The symbolization of the teaching profession makes teachers become an existence separated from their body,context,and experience,and their real life is obscured.Unfortunately,our society demands too much on them,giving them heavy responsibility which causes blurred boundaries of professional activities,so their normal needs are rarely met and duly respected,and the professional attractiveness is suppressed.Symbolizationcannot produce "good teachers",rather they can only be produced in the life world that deals with society in which the market plays a decisive role in resource allocation and people focus on self-determination,taking care of the good expectations of the individual for the future life.We need to recognize the physical existence of teachers and build a friendly cultural atmosphere and institutional environment.

Enlightened by XiJinping's important exposition on deep poverty,this paper,based on the comprehensive poverty analysis paradigm of "man-industry-land",explains the generation logic of deep poverty and poverty trap,and puts forward paths to cross poverty trap.It is held that deep poverty is the result of "man's" poverty transformation,the mutual movement of groups,the closure of "industry",the weak accumulation of "land",and the coupling of "man-industry-land".The regeneration and accumulation of deep poverty leads to the subjective,economic and spatial poverty traps,and the superposition and strengthening of the three traps eventually forms the poverty trap of "low-level survival equilibrium".In order to overcome deep poverty and cross poverty trap,it is necessary to carry out "extraordinary force" intervention,that is,to take strong intervention measures such as power strengthening,market reconstruction,spatial optimization and comprehensive governance means.

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2007 to 2016,this paper,with the help of GIS technology,Gini coefficient,panel data model,and index measurement of minimum living security,explores the regional differences and influence mechanism of poverty alleviation effect of rural minimum living security.The results show that:(1) the Gini index of the rural minimum living security expenditure decreases and the equity of it increases continuously;(2) the spatial pattern of poverty alleviation effect of the rural minimum living security presents dynamic characteristics,the second and higher grades spreading to western regions,and the lower grades contracting to the central regions,showing a feature of "collapsed central regions";(3) the effect of poverty alleviation of rural minimum living security is affected by the urbanization rate,per capita GDP,proportion of social security and employment in financial expenditure,fiscal revenue,and so on,but the effect of the same factor on different regions is quite different.Understanding this,we should adhere to the concept of overall regional economic development,vigorously develop rural economy,reasonably promote the process of urbanization,and promote the regional balance of the poverty alleviation effect of rural minimum living security.

In the governance of environmental risk,there are great differences between the public and experts in risk perception.The environmental risk caused by the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China has become a real problem,and water risk,which endangers the safety of urban production and life,has attracted the most attention.This paper,taking the event of excessive benzene in tap water in Lanzhou City on April 11 as an example,using the existing risk characteristic scale,measures the risk perception of different groups to this particular event,and makes a comprehensive comparison between them.The study holds that risk perception can be divided into four dimensions:risk impact,risk acceptance,risk control and risk recognition.The overall perception of risk by the public is significantly higher than that by experts.In view of the reasons for the differences in risk perception in the dimensions of knowledge system,communication mechanism,value objectives and so on,it is necessary to reduce the difference of risk perception between experts and the public and resolve the potential stability risks through information sharing,promoting citizen participation,and effective guidance of public opinion and so on.

Resentment,contradiction and conflict caused by being offended and injured are important factors leading to crisis,and the important way to eliminate these factors is to apologize in order to meet the damaged emotional needs of both sides,especially the offended party.However,apology is also a double-edged sword,and only a good apology can become a useful tool in crisis management.Why does an apology defuse a crisis? And how can apologies be effective in resolving the crisis? This paper analyzes the concept,motivation and mechanism of apology from the perspective of crisis management,and makes a comparative study of apology in two crisis cases by using the 4R model proposed by Kleefeld.An operational framework is provided,which includes four steps:repentance,responsibility,determination and remediation.
