This is expressed in such daily questions as “What old ways of mine amIpersisting in?”in the non- repetitive love experience cherished between sexes, in the innovative pursuit while performing ones own duty, and in the accomplishment of a life target of becoming ones ownself .

As man’s most fundamental activity for survival, practice can be classified into three types from the angle of how man han dles his relationships with nature, society and other fellow beings: the practice of material production, the practice of spiri tual production, and the practice of language acquisition. These three types of practice are in essence of an aesthetic nature, i. e. when they become a kink of free practice, they can change into an aes thetic activity , or a practice containi ng aesthetic activities. However, an aesthetic activity is after all, in its puresense, one of spiri tual production, which manifes ts most clearly all the features of spiritual production, and distinguishesi tself wi th its striking image, emotion and superutility from other kinds of spriri tul productions as science, morality, religion, etc. whose features are mainly of an artistic nature.

In order to build up a perfect s tructure of modern aesthetics in the 21st century, China’s aesthetics researches are supposed to take in to accoun t the limitation imposed upon the aesthetical target sys tem by modern social pursuits so as to avoid drowning the signif- icance of the existence of  individual noumenon  in the recognition of  social noumenon . Another grave subject in the field is trying to bring about an effective abutment between the traditional ideological system and the modern chinese aesthetics and to shape a foundation for Chinese aesthetics to communicate on a position with outside aesthetics so as to realize a conver sion from traditionality to modernity, and from resources to frui ts, and to form a ture world- level taste and world- level bossom about Chinese aesthetics in the 21st century.

The connotation of aesthetic noumenon is a kind of / expectation0, which is different from the / truth 0 promised by know- ledge, different from the / belief0 p romised by ethics, and different from the / salvage0 promised by moderni st aesthetics. Symbolically speaking , it is not a set of cultural symbols of means pointing to the objective world, nor a humanistic ethic formulation pointing to the subjective structure. The prerequisite to the noumenal analysis of aesthetic values is to clear out the above mentioned three historical promises. The highes t aesthetical principle in li fe is the survival itself rather than man . s inner moralist structure or man . s outer objecti ve force. It is,in nature, the relaxation and ease obtained by means of clearing ou t the / subjective structure0, the non- utilitarianist freedom of Cante, and the beauty of survival itself.

At a time when the economics part of our ideology has been fully adapted to the demands of market economy but the ethicspart is lagging far behind the demands of the development of market economy, such practical activities as moral advocation and ethical education must cater to the practical demands of the social market economy, trying to cultivate a good public morality and sound professional ethics. Never theless, the construction of these elementary moral and ethical principles must be propped up and maintained by a strong faith, otherwise they will become formalistic and invalid.

Chinese scholars study of western ethics has been coming through a course of more than a hundred years, which may be divided into four periods: germination ( 1895-1910) , preliminary prosperity ( 1911-1949) ,depression ( 1950-1978) , and renais sance ( 1979-2000) . In their main lines stand out the case s tudy, comparative study inclusive of elementary, part ial and whole vie wpoints, his torical study, and comprehensive s tudy inclusive of microscopic, mesoscopic and macroscopic perspectives. On the whole, the outcome of thei r case study has been fairly abundant, that of their elementarily comparative s tudy climbed up to some remarkable degree in 1930s- 1940s and in 1980s-1990s, that of their partially and wholly comparative study has been plain for the most part , their historical study fruited in a great deal in 1980s-1990s, leaving however a few virgin fields to cultivate in the history of both single nation and single period, their mesoscopic and microscopic study shared a considerable harvest in 1980s 1990s, but thei r macroscopic study has been by far producing i ts works in few and without energy. Standing on the foundation set down in the study of over a century, Chinese scholars should at present be enabled in the macroscopically comprehensive study of western ethics on a large scale.

The internal relations of the artistic characteristics cons t i tute the fundamental feature of music. Musicis, first and foremost, a kind of sound existence. This is the leading character of music, around which other musicaltrai ts derive. As an existence of sound, music is spread in the stream of time, in which lies the character of timeliness. But owing to the unidirectivity of time flowage, music must be replayed in want of reappreciation. In addition, the sound of music is non-semantic, which results in the variation of feeling in the course of music appreciation. Andmusic is made certain in virtue of non-sounds certainty.

With the elapse of time, the content of human rights has been greatly enriched, and its extension includes not only the civil affairs but also international affairs. The internationalization of human rights is mainly shown in three aspects: firstly, the enactment and approval of International Declaration, Resolution and Convention on human rights makes it an essential principle of international law to esteem and protect human rights; secondlly, human rights problems have been an important domain among the international political struggles; thirdlly, many human rights organizations have come into being. We would try to encourage more countries to join in the human rights conventi on and take all the legislative, jurisdical, administrative measures to carry out its stipulations.Mean whilewe should object to any interference in the internal affairs of other countries in her name of protection of human rights.
