Abstract: In human political lives, whether at modern times or at contemporary age, human rights problems have always been a focus of attention. With the elapse of time, the content of human rights has been greatly enriched, and its extension includes not only the civil affairs but also international affairs. The internationalization of human rights is mainly shown in three aspects: firstly, the enactment and approval of International Declaration, Resolution and Convention on human rights makes it an essential principle of international law to esteem and protect human rights; secondlly, human rights problems have been an important domain among the international political struggles; thirdlly, many human rights organizations have come into being. We would try to encourage more countries to join in the human rights conventi on and take all the legislative, jurisdical, administrative measures to carry out its stipulations.Mean whilewe should object to any interference in the internal affairs of other countries in her name of protection of human rights.
