The essence of Marxism in China is to form Chinese Marxism that makes Marxism combine with China's realities.Chinese Marxism contains popularization,nationalization,popularity,and should be agebased,realitybased,and theorybased,with a process from form to content and from externalization to internalization.Some of the points related to Marxist theory have been translated and introduced to China before the October Revolution.Marxism was regarded as an ideological weapon of guiding the social change in China in the May 4th era,which pointed out the direction for solving the "Whither China" theme of the time.From the perspective of Marxism in China,it has acquired a characteristic,either externalization or internalization.The extensive spread of Marxism which combines with the Chinese labor movement produced the Chinese Communist Party.The Party has developed a broad program for democratic revolution based on Marxism.It should be said that the history of Marxism in China is a starting point for the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party.

The novels of rhythmical prose characterized by parallelism and ornateness emerged during the Early Republic of China,which is a special phenomenon in Chinese literature history.It reflects a great transfer of the development of novels from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China after the ebb of pursuit of enlightenment.This kind of novels guides the rise of the “School of Mandarin Duck and butterfly”,and embodies the literature needs of modern civil society.On the base of “Love” which was divorced from the circumstances of social politics and reality,this kind of novels formed its own meanings,and indicated the literature language construction of “love story” was once transferred from ancient prose to rhythmical prose characterized by parallelism and ornateness.

In the Southern Dynasty,old music in Central Plains (comprising the middle and lower reaches of the Huanghe River),represented by “Xiang”and “Ge”,achieved a state of coexistence with Wuqu and Xiqu,the new music in the south while experiencing a transitional period from the old to the new.In such a musical background,southern new music showed a trend of “refreshing”,including the changes in tunes and style in music,and the erotic content of speech in Quci (poems) as well.The significance of this refreshing is that it has made the old music full of energy,enriched the composition of Yuefu (a government office in the Han Dynasty for collecting folk songs and ballads;such folk songs and ballads,or their imitation written by scholars) poetry,and put music in an important position in Yuefu art.

The Taming of the Shrew is one of Shakespeare’s early comedies,which has been performed many times since it was introduced into China in the late of the Qing Dynasty.In terms of faithfulness to the original work,there is a sharp contrast in the performance by People’s Theater of Shanghai and Shanxi respectively during the first Festival of Shakespeare’s Dramas.Due to its internalized Chinese characteristics,the performance by Shanxi is more localized and may be more acceptable.

The purpose of the paper is to advocate social and related departments for encouraging land circulation,paying attention to developing farmland value and maintaining positive interaction between them.Methods of documentation and factor analysis were employed.The results show that the influencing factors of the rural land value can be improved through rural land circulation and the drives of rural land circulation is from the rural land value.It is concluded that keeping a positive interaction between the circulation of rural land and land value could improve the farmland’s valueinuse effectively.

From disclosure of accounting information in listed company,this paper constructs a composite index for the quality of accounting information.An empirical analysis is executed on the relationship between the quality of accounting information and management size through multiple regression analysis.The results show that the director board size,the supervisory board size are not consistent related to the quality of accounting information before or after the shareholder structure reform,and there are no any relationship between the independent director size and the quality of accounting information.
