    On the Theoretical Basis of Distribution According to Productive Factors

    The theoretical basis of distribution according to productive factors is the productive factor theory of valus,the substance of the theory is admitting that social wealth is created by all productive factors,which have the right technology is the first productive power in modern times,management is very important,and labour,land and capital,however,are also important factors.This theory has become the common treasure of human beings,althorugh it was created by bourgeois economists originally.It is no use trying to find the basis of distribution according to productive factors in Marx's theory of value,and it is opposite to the original idea of Marx's theory.

    The highest level of historical biographies is the esthetic beauty.The esthetic characterization of a historical hiography embodies two aspects:Firstly,its attitude toward historical figures is understanding rather than appraising;secondly,its judgment of historical figures should be appreciative rather than critical.The esthetics of historical recognition is not from a specific or particular angle,but from a pupular or supermundane angle.Its basic principle it that all histories are esthetically beautiful.The esthetic judgment is the most personal judgment,which means that when appraising a certain history,one should give full acknowledgement to any individual's unique principle or standard in the judgment of history.

    When Confucius found disparity existing in the soical distribution system during the Spring and Autumn Period,he protested that it was not right to go on enlarging hthis disparity.With a view to achieving the goal of running he also advocated that individual consumption be promoted.He regarded men's material disires as natural and reasonable.And,he himself made a living by selling knowledge.At the same time,he also stressed that it was necessary to control one's material desires,advocating a life outlook of viewing spirit above material so as to purify people's souls and heighten their feelings towards each other.In this sense,it is of significance to do further research on confucias' consumption economic viewpoint,because it can help people set up a correct consumption outlook.

    This paper probes into the course of how Master Wang Chuansha pursued the profound learning of Yi (Yi:a classic work of the Zhou Dynasty(c.1100-256.B C.) namely,the book of Changes),discusses the features and characteristics of the master's Yi deas and reveals his position as the culmination of all previous researches of the third circle in the history of Yi learning.The master's belief in Yi originates from his understanding of the meaning of the Guan symbol.And the worship of symbols and the advocation of righteousness and reason make up the most striking characters of the master's Yi thought.The examination of Zhouyi and The Commentary and Subcommentary to the Anecdotes of Zhouyi are the two principal works of the master in pursuing the Yi learning;in The Story of Zhouyi,the master tries to seek fundamental philosophic theories and applies them to both human life and worldly affaris;The Interpretation of Zhouyi contains all his thought on social politics and moral principles;and in The Inside Story of Zhouyi,the master pints out that Yi is used by gentlemen rather than by small men.

    Interaction between cultures of various peoples is omnipresent.However,our cognition of the nature and characteristics of this interaction has gone through a historical process.This paper analyses the characteristics of interation between cultures and puts forth the view that cultures interact on each other through a coupling operation.The paper further probes into the nature of cultural interaction with the conclusion that cultural interaction is a continuous process on a reciprocal basis,an ever adjusting process from disorder to order,and a process of mutual absorption and mutual penetration.

    The explanation of the form,meaning and pronunciation of character  “单” in the book "Shuo Wen Jie Zi" is all erroneous.Decoded according to the shape inscribed on bones and tortoise shells asrevealed by the symbols of synchronic charactermaking,the character “单” refers to a set of lassos for catching animals.This conclusion throws light to the explanation of many characters with  “单” as a component part inscribed on bones and tortoise shells and later on bronze objects.

    Initiation and Development of Ethnological Research in Western Hunan

    It has been one hundred years since ethnology was introduced into China. In 1933, Lin Chunsheng and Rui Yifu did some investigation on the Miao people in Western Hunan and started the ethnologic research here.Then,Shi Qigui, a native Miao scholar, succeeded him and made considerable progress in the research.After the founding of the Republic, scholars such as Yang Chengzhi initiated the research on Tujia people, and Pan Guangdan was the great successor who brought the research to its culmination. In the past 20 years, the ethnological research workers in Western Hunan have accompl ished a lot. They have saved a great deal of valuable materials, published a lot of works and cultivated a number of native scholars.

Experiences in the past two decades show that the low level of urbanization has seriously hindered the growth of our economy.To gurantee the speed of economic increase set by the government, urbanization is a key problem to be solved in the next-stage economic development.Urbanization, however, cannot be advanced merely by urban development, instead, it must be obtained through building up small towns,whose development is the very core of China’s urbanization.

    This paper tries to expound on the inheritance and change of the satirical tradition in the ancient and modern Chinese novels from the perspectives of their crtical spirit, artistic expression and ideological attainment.
