Abstract: Since China’s reform and opening-up,benefit situation has changed greatly with an awareness of benefit.The principal position of individual benefit has become increasingly apparent,and the benefit distribution and benefit relation tend to be more diversified and complex.The distinct benefit gap between different benefit clusters has caused hidden trouble for social stabilization,thus it is essential for us to deal with the conflicts properly and restore their social trust in order to build a harmonious socialist society.
