Psychological Contract in the Employee-centered Labor Relationship and Its Management Strategy

摘要:员工主导型劳动关系下的员工通常是在劳动力市场上处于稀缺状态的企业核心员工,他们是提升企业竞争力的宝贵资源。如何针对员工主导型劳动关系下的员工特点构建良好的心理契约,达到企业与员工的双赢已成为当前管理中的重要问题。本文分析了心理契约在员工主导型劳动关系中的作用和特征,并提出了员工主导型劳动关系中心理契约管理的若干对策。

Abstract: The employees in the employee-centered labor relationship are those core employees who are rare in the labor market,and they are valuable resources for the enterprise to improve its competitiveness. It has become an important issue for the enterprise and the employees to reach a win-win situation to construct a fine psychological contract in the employee-centered labor relationship. This paper analyzes the functions and characteristics of psychological contract in the employee-centered labor relationship,and puts forward some countermeasures to manage it.
