摘要：“三个代表”重要思想以开放的姿态、全新的思路，应对了人类社会选择执政者的历史规律，并作出了权威性的理论诠释，是对中国共产党执政规律新的、全面的、深刻的认识和精辟的阐述。

Abstract: The Thought of “Three Represent's”,with its open attitude and brand-new idea,is the best response to the historical law of choosing administrators in human society.It is an entirely new,all-round,profound and brilliant theoretical interpretation of the law of the Chinese Communist administration action.
