Abstract: With a new perspective,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on moving faster to boost China's strength in cyberspace has clarified the important position,the strategic goals and principles of Internet information work in the overall cause of the Party and the government.It has made clear of the international proposition for cyberspace development and governance,the basic methods for doing a good job in Internet information work,and deepened our Party's understanding of the law of Communist Party governance,the law of socialist construction and the law of human society development in the information age.Having systematically answered such theoretical and practical questions as "why,what,how,and for whom to do" in boosting China's strength in cyberspace,it is an integrated theoretical construction of the organic unity of the views on cyberspace governance,cyberspace norms and rule of law,the dialectical cyberspace security,the cyberspace subject people and the cyberspace world,realized under the guidance of the Marxist cyberspace development strategy.The original theoretical views or ideological propositions put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,such as "Without cyber-security,there will be no national security","Cyberspace represents new productivity","Winning the struggle of cyber-ideology","Competition in cyberspace is ultimately talent competition","Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities through information technology" and "Promoting the reform of the global cyberspace governance system and building a community of cyberspace with a shared future" have demonstrated the value pursuit of "creating a new form of human civilization",raised the Party's understanding of the regularity of network information work to a new theoretical level,and provided theoretical guidance for boosting China's strength in cyberspace in the new era.
