There are different phases in the course of human development,each phase facing different problems.To boost human development essentially is to resolve the realistic problems restricting human development and to remove the obstacles hindering human development.In order to boost human development in modern China,we should remove the obstacles caused by pre-modern problems and clear away human dependency on the one hand,and on the other hand,we should also bravely face and remove the obstacles caused modernity problems,and properly control material dependency.

Chinese Dream,as a long-pursued great ideal and benevolent ethic act,is a historical concept continuously developing.Bearing rich connotation,Chinese Dream is a time ethical spirit suitable to the social development in modern China,and a practice to realize Chinese people’s value and significance as well.In modern society,the theoretical supposition to realize Chinese Dream contains dual ethical connotations of the social highest good and the individual highest good.On the one hand,fair and just system design and reasonable arrangement are needed to provide institutional ethical guarantee;on the other hand,the morality of every individual should be promoted and perfected as well.In a whole,Chinese Dream is a great ethical act combing Chinese people’s ideal life and realistic life.

Starting from dynamic and static perspectives and using modified DEA model and Malmquist index,this paper analyzes the relative efficiency of China’s tourism listed companies during 2007—2013.The results show that as a whole,the relative efficiency is low,the pure technical efficiency is the main inducement,most of the enterprises are in the decreasing return to scale,and that this is the result of the extensive growth.However,the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) presents an increasing tendency,because technical progress is the major driving force.For companies of different types,relative efficiency of the comprehensive types is better than those of hotel and scenic spot.The change of overall efficiency is more influenced by important events,and the overall efficiency of companies of hotel and scenic spot types is weaker to recover.TFP varies more greatly and is more sensitive to the change of technical progress.While the TFP of 12 companies shows an increasing tendency,that of eight companies shows a decreasing one.By building production frontier competition state model,it is found that companies of comprehensive type belong to the frontier type,and those of hotel type and scenic spot type belong to the frontier type,stable type,catching type,and lagging type.

Through building factor analysis model,this paper compares and analyzes the circulation scale,contribution,level of information and infrastructure in the 13 cities and one prefecture of Hunan province.It is found that obvious differences exist in different regions,regions in central Hunan province being better than those in the southern and northern Hunan province,with the western regions obvious lagging.Based on this,countermeasures are put forward to optimize the structure of the circulation industry,including carrying out preferential policy to boost synergetic development,establishing modern circulation system in the forms of new-type urbanization,internet plus,and chain operation,intensifying infrastructure construction,standardized management and coordination,and creating favorable atmosphere for the development of circulation modernization in rural regions.

With their successful application for world heritage,Tusi Sites have been given more and more attention,which calls for an urgent management in protection and development.Presently,the single-agent management mode is faced with the dilemma of low efficiency and appeals from multiple interest bodies.The multiple-participation management mode of Tusi Sites should be a flexible and open one,consisting of a negotiation mode under normal state,a motivation mode under particulars of matters,a control mode under crisis,and a protection mode under active state,in which the government’s leading role is confirmed,and the important functions of the multiple participation bodies and the ways of participation are recognized.The effective path to construct the mode is to set up the idea of coordination,cultivate multiple subjects,establish and regulate incentive,integration and exit mechanism,strengthen coordination and supervision of subjects,prevent critical incidents,utilize modern management methods and borrow experience from other places of world heritage.

The members’ low degree of identity and the managers’ “insiders control” are the two factors affecting the efficiency of farmer cooperatives.On the one hand,the cooperatives should select their optimal position according to the positions of competing enterprises,and centralize members’ location so as to increase the their identity.On the other hand,only by reducing the members’ supervisory costs and increasing the managers’ deviating costs can the managers’“insiders control” over the cooperatives be weakened.

Scientific funding mechanism is the premise for the healthy running of the basic endowment insurance for the urban and rural residents in Wuling mountainous areas.However,the establishment of a scientific funding mechanism should be based on the local economic development level,financial strength,residents’ income,and the idea of provision for the aged.Only by rigorous arguments and repeated investigations can the funding principle as well as reasonable standard,subject,channels,and ways be properly proposed.Theoretically,importance should be given to the following aspects：firstly,the connotative type of development should be adopted,and the new type of urbanization quickened;secondly,the principle of coerciveness,economical efficiency,and moderation should be taken into consideration;and thirdly,policy publicity and the residents’ sense of insurance should be promoted.

Governance of injury accidents of public goods is an important means to maintain public security and public interest.The effective governance should be started from many aspects.We should not only take connotation definition，cause of incident，damage effect and countermeasures as study object，but should also study the dynamic evolution，the path and adjustment ofpsychological conduction，the fluctuation regularity of public demand，injury evaluation system，and governance path.Comprehensive logic analysis frame should be summarized and constructed so that the inner mechanism of injury accidents could be clarified to provide theoretical support for the governance of injury accidents of public goods.

During the new period of social transformation,social contradictions in the rural areas are obvious with the acceleration of social structural transformation.In some ethnic and mountainous areas where economic base is relatively poor and the speed of development is slow,the traditional pattern of social governance is no longer suitable for social needs,thus it is urgent to give reforms to social governance.To realize the goal,the rural social governance system and pattern should be innovated,the government organizations,social organizations and market organizations should be synthetically combined,the subject consciousness of village self-governance should be strengthened,and the society should be stabilized and developed safely and harmoniously.The practice of “happy village” in Zigui,a county in Wuling Mountainous Areas,has formed an effective pattern of rural social governance.This pattern is of great significance and guiding function in the rural social governance in Wuling Mountainous Areas,thus it deserves our deep analysis,summary,and perfection after field investigation.

The paradigm shift of education idea in college ideological and political theory courses is theresult of the interactions between the inner paradoxical movement and the outer environmental transformation.The shift has undergone a process from the provider position to the demander position.The former regards social demand as its starting and base points,while the latter holds a different view giving importance to man of reality.These two paradigms are both established to rid a certain dilemma of education idea in teaching college ideological and political theory courses.However,due to their own theoretical defects,they have fallen into new dilemma,therefore the unity of the provider position and demander position is the inevitable choice to overcome the malpractice of education idea in college ideological and political theory courses.

North American ecology school is the third communication school after empirical school and criticism school,which focuses on the influence of media technology on social development.However,attitudes towards the development of media technology vary greatly among different theoreticians of this school.Theoreticians of the first generation,represented by Innis and Mcluhan,mainly reveal the characteristics of technology and the influence it bring to society,showing the problems neglected in the communications circles with a scientific attitude.Standing on the ground of cultural criticism,theoreticians of the second generation,represented by Postman,hold a pessimistic attitude towards the technological development,fearing the disorder and turmoil brought by media technology.Theoreticians of the third generation,represented by Levinson,show an over-optimistic attitude towards the development of media technology,believing that it will bring convenience to information communication and life as well.The transfer of the attitudes toward media technology within the North American media ecology school not only shows the attitude of individual theoreticians,but also shows the historical and logical cognition of the school toward media technology,presenting a rich and stereo understanding of the school.

Sanqiao is a unique ethnic group inhabited in the border areas of Liping county and Jinpingcounty of Guizhou province,a marginalized ethnic group in terms of geographical region,culture,and economy.Before the 1980s,marriage of the Sanqiao people were mainly within the ethnic group,therefore their marriage ecology was balanced.However,when they are exposed to a globalized and market society,their marriage ecology is greatly imbalanced,showing a new and unfair phenomenon in the era of globalization and marketization.

As a kind of "householder religious service providers",xiangtou (mysterious wizards acting as intermediaries between men and gods) usually have to exhibit their charisma in order to construct and maintain their authority.However,if they stay on this household pattern and only provide religious service for individuals,they will be alienated and marginalized instead of effectively maintaining and expanding their authority in the village.In the case of Fengcun,xiangtou pay more attention to their rules in the village besides their charisma.They lead and organize religion group to take religious actions.It is by their actions from household to group,and from private profits to public life that xiangtou in Fengcun could consolidate and expand their own authority more effectively in the rural life.

Viewing from the point of capital criticism,capital global expansionhas been deepened and capital accumulation is mainly centralized in the capitalist countries.Poverty accumulation is mainly centralized in the marginalized and backward countries,which makes it possible to separate the conditions for the birth of socialism in its classic sense.At the moment the backward eastern countries chose to take socialist road,they were faced with a dilemma in which they had to construct socialist countries under the capitalist system on the one hand,and on the other hand they had to prevent themselves from being devoured by the strong international capital and falling into poverty accumulation again.Reflecting New China’s treasure development with this practice,we may see that the pattern of treasure development under the system of socialist planned economy,and the pattern under the system of socialist market economy,all agree with China’s inner demand to build socialism under the circumstances of capital global expansion.Therefore,the two ways of treasure development,though seemingly contradictory,are essentially connected.

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of the economy,ultra-rich groups have appeared in China.The formation and development of the ultra-rich groups have complex historic factors and paths,and it is the combination of individual quality,external environment,economic and political factors,and so on.The development is closely related to the policy of reform and opening up,which is not only the logical starting point,but also runs through the whole process of the rise.The economic marketization,imbalance of public power,market disorder and social disorder in some extent,all provide environmental conditions for the rise of ultra-rich groups.Relying on their material capital,human capital,social capital or power capital,legally or illegally,these groups develop gradually.
