Phases of Human Development and Their Modern Implications

Abstract

Abstract: There are different phases in the course of human development,each phase facing different problems.To boost human development essentially is to resolve the realistic problems restricting human development and to remove the obstacles hindering human development.In order to boost human development in modern China,we should remove the obstacles caused by pre-modern problems and clear away human dependency on the one hand,and on the other hand,we should also bravely face and remove the obstacles caused modernity problems,and properly control material dependency.
