The concerns and discussions on social justicein the theoretical circle is the reflection of modern social conflicts in theories and concepts and also the exploration of properly solving this problem.Justice and the view of justice belong to the value category,which should be debated at the level of value philosophy.Marxist value theory holds the principle of the unity of truth and value,which provides important theoretical foundation and methodology for us to rightly understand Marxist view of justice and analyze the relationship between system and justice.

The previous view hold that the definition of value uncovered the essence of value,or it was a universal induction.However,value is universal itself,and the “be” in an expression of so-called definition should not be considered to indicate the identity between value and the predicate,but should be counted as the entrance of inquires to understand the value model of the value world,and to express the researcher’s core value concern and value standpoint.From the perspective of generalized value philosophy,the essence of philosophy is the issue of value.Why should value philosophy,and then the whole philosophy be needed,if the definition of value were merely the researcher’s core value concern and value standpoint? How could value philosophy and then the whole philosophy exceed the state of personal opinions? There are three key tasks for the self-conscious value philosophy:interpretation,criticism and promotion.Value criticism,which is the main focus of value philosophy,provides the possibility of exceeding the mere personal value call.One important task of value criticism is to analyze and criticize value model.The value model under the relationship between subjective necessity and objective necessity is of utility,which is popular due to profound reasons.And the development of time also provides reasons to exceed its value in the way of exceeding its value model at first.

Research on the relationship between science and morality has always been the focus of debate among scholars,because the research areas and methods are very different.Some scholars believe that these two will not have any intersection.In fact,the essential characteristics of moral attitude have demonstrated its testability.Empirical research method is a good tool to study moral attitude.The main ways to measure moral attitude are scales,interviews,and behavioral observation.The reliability of measurement can be improved by scientifically designed questionnaire and scale,and bogus pipeline technique,using various methods.

There are different borders and levelsof justice.As the base of global ethics,global justice constitutes the highest level of justice.The possibility of global justice lies in the value choice in the globalization process,economic globalization and the globalization of human living conditions.As a kind of higher-order and super-state ethics,global justice is different from state justice,whose value orientation is cosmopolitanism and people-focused.Global justice has to fulfill warfare justice,distributive justice and environmental justice.To realize global justice,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of relative sovereignty,universal human rights and global responsibility,and to build up a kind of World System mixed together with Eastern and Western political wisdom and a “World Government” as well.In addition,it is necessary to give full play to the effect of all kinds of world organizations.

The traditional way to deal with environmental risks is technocracy with the basic method of normal science.With the increasing uncertainty and complexity of environmental risks under the background of big science,the technocracy has been unable to respond effectively to environmental challenges.However,the current environmental risk management still sticks to normal science,and technocracy has been the governance model,causing the increasingly apparent drawbacks and limitations.Therefore,from the post-normal science perspective,we should go beyond the technocracy and establish a system of cooperation among scientists,government and the public in order to improve the effectiveness of environmental risk management.

The frequently happened phenomenon of internet canard has brought severe damage to the nation,society and personal interests.To regulate internet canard with criminal law,we should bear the constitutional right in mind to guarantee freedom of speech and avoid hitting the will of the public to express their inner voice.When facing with different internet canards,the criminal law should have different criminal regulation limits in order to implement the principle of suiting punishment to crime.The falsity of the nature of internet card and the authenticity of the degeneration of internet card require us to confirm whether the doer has a criminal negligence of realizing the information he has spread.Besides,the diversity of the expression of internet canard requires us to study whether the information the doer spreads is an internet canard.Only by this can the principle of unity of subjectivity and objectivity be ensured.

Microfinance corporation,as a microfinance organization engaged in financial service,plays an important role in achieving the goal of inclusive finance.It is necessary to carry out effective government supervision.Currently,the supervising subject of microfinance corporation is not clear,and regulatory means are not perfect to affect the prospects of microfinance corporation’s development directly.There exist two modes of regulation-prudential supervision and non-prudential regulation internationally.Microfinance corporation is “credit-only” micro-financial organization which is more suitable for non-prudential regulatory approach.At the same time,the central and local hierarchical supervision system should be established,giving play to the role of industrial self-regulation.

“View of Stars and Fields ” is an influential ideology in Chinese history,which is originated from the Confucius concept of “Unity of Man and Nature”.The main point of the view is that regional space,including administrative division,should be in one-to-one correspondence with a particular star in the sky as well as the time process.Due to its tremendous impact on maintaining national unity,“chronicles of astronomy” and “chronicles of fields and stars” are recorded in government and local chronicles in various dynasties to reveal social characteristics,including sense of equality among different ethnic groups.With the help of such special historical data,it is a new attempt to identify the specific time when the multi-ethnic political system was established in China.By comparing the historical data of astronomy in Shiji（The Historical Records）and Hanshu (Book of Han),it may be affirmed that the multi-ethnic political system was indeed established in China in the most prosperous time of the Western Han Dynasty(206B.C-A.D.24),when Shiji was written.

In the 1930s,the political philosophy of The Chinese National Socialist Party connected “revised democratic politics” with social equalitarian,and it was obviously different fromthat of the other Parties.“Revised democratic politics” achieved the balance between “efficiency” and “individual difference”.According to the efficiency science，the concentration of national power was the core of this idea.However,according to the individual difference science,the protection of personal freedom was its attention.The political claim based on the reality of “materialistic idealism” explained the relationship between the power and freedom,and they were united for the socialist equalitarian connotation.

Cultural Revolution has provided many topics for film creation after that period.In the various discourses about Cultural Revolution,the film creators have encoded their understanding to Cultural Revolution and their historical objectivity in film creation,leading to different expressions of image of Cultural Revolution.The study on the image of Cultural Revolution should start from historical narration,mainly including how history appeared in films and what functions they served;then it is to study coding and encoding.Since the fault agreement on situational film watching has been reached between the film and the audience,the true history is nothing but an illusion in the image of Cultural Revolution.The image has found its balance between true and fault history,and found the proper way of encoding and decoding in the myth of ideology and humanity excavation.

“Girl student” is one of the signifier signs in the modern discourse system of 20^thcentury China.As a metonymy symbol of “modernity”,the liberated “girl student” becomes the reference of modernity criticism in Shen Congwen’s works,showing an independent male feature.Also,“girl student”,as the image of “the other”,contains alien and desirous features,whose objectification and objectivity are revealed in the abstract and contradictive descriptions.The image of “girl student” in Shen’s works forms the overlap between Xiangxi and urban society,showing the rural imagination of urban and the urban influence on rural.It also shows the writer’s self examination and his criticism and reflection on nationality and process of social modernization.

Shen Congwen’ works made dynamic description of the image of modern Hunan.Social revolution brought the deformation of the family image,showing the change of the family’s fate and internal differentiation.Social trend of thought changed social morality,leading to variation of human nature and value dislocation.The social class was reconstructed by family differentiation,social thought transformation and so on,which helped to cause the social transformation of individual role.All these happened due to cultural conflicts,which was the main factor of the transformation of modern Hunan’s image,and also was the main foundation of Shen Congwen’s writing style.
