Abstract: In the 1930s,the political philosophy of The Chinese National Socialist Party connected “revised democratic politics” with social equalitarian,and it was obviously different fromthat of the other Parties.“Revised democratic politics” achieved the balance between “efficiency” and “individual difference”.According to the efficiency science，the concentration of national power was the core of this idea.However,according to the individual difference science,the protection of personal freedom was its attention.The political claim based on the reality of “materialistic idealism” explained the relationship between the power and freedom,and they were united for the socialist equalitarian connotation.
