    Breaking away from a cultural dwarf psychology,research of theory of value in China today should transcend the complex of “westernization and anti-westernization” to form its own independent theoretical discourse.However, the formation of theory of value with Chinese characteristics should be based on the theory of “relation-practice”,analyzing and reflecting all the issues in the field of value by applying ideas of subjectivity.Scientific spirit and proper value neutralization are essential for the researchers to establish rational and healthy value concept.

    The ultimate purpose of Marx’s theoretical framework is to refute the ideology eternity of the capitalist class.Therefore,the struggle between “Reasonable Form of Dialectics” arguing the death of existing things and Bourgeois apologist’s “The End of History” constitute the “One and All problems” in Marx’s criticizing activities.Although “The End of History” appears in different forms after the death of Mark,their fundamental theoretical assumption cannot get out of the critical framework of Marx,thorough analysis on the falsity of freedom and equality.

Ethical relativism emphasizes ethical specialty, uncertainty and temporality,whereas ethical absolutism focuses on ethical universality,certainty,and immutability. They depart from each other and rely on each other,however.Understanding the relationship between them,it will help us to do better in modern social ethical research and to construct realistic ethic.

    Minyue Ethnic Group is an ancient ethic group living mainly in Fujian Province.Centering on Minjiang River basin,their range of activities also covers areas of southern Zhejiang Province,northeastern Jiangxi Province and eastern Guangdong Province today.As an ethic group,it is formed in Shang and Zhou Dynasties,and since the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,it has mixed with the south-moving Yue descendants,forming the Minyue Ethnic Group,the most representative ancestors in Fujian Province.The most splendid culture of Minyue Ethnic Group is in the Minyue Kingdom period set during the Qin and Han Dynasties,and the word Minyue has developed from tribe to region and to title of a reigning dynasty.

    Yan Ruyi was born in a traditional family that its members is the governors of Miao,his family had survey tradition in study.The tradition of his family study provided nutrition for his achievement in quelling miao rebellion in Qianlong and Jiaqing dynasty,and it was the the source of the ability in the school of tianye.In Qiaqing and Daoguang dynasty,Yan Ruyi governed Hanzhoung of Shanxi for more than 20 years.Through much field surveys and personal practice,he established a good record in putting down the event of White Lotus Society and Pengming.He had many works in his life,which was regarded as the tool of Pragmatism by the next generations.We can know that Yan Ruyi is a scholar of the school of tianye who is good at the survey in grassroots community.

    The four literature trends and literature phenomena before the 1980s,including the humanity writing during the May Fourth period,class writing during 1930—1940,political party writing during 1950—1960 and the leader-group writing during Cultural Revolution,were all confined to the thinking mode and visual threshold of “human and society”.After the 1980s,Chinese literature writing has turned to ecological writing,with “human and nature” as its reflection object and performance object,making it a most original,unrepeated and significant turn compared with the previous four.

    Historians usually divide literature of the pre-Qin Dynasty into three stylistic types of quotation,conversation,and monograph,regarding that they evolve this way accordingly.This induction generally illustrates the stylistic development of the pre-Qin literature;however,the new material may give a new interpretation for the specific stylistic development.Confucius’ speech and behavior are mainly recorded in Analects of Confucius,and they are also scattered in other literature similar to it.In Analects of Confucius,texts recording Confucius’ speech are dominant,which can be divided into three styles of maxim,conversation,and Shiyu (literature recording wandering scholar’s speech),and long texts are rarely found except in Shiyu style.Literature similar to Analects of Confucius carries on these styles on the one hand,and on the other hand develops the type of quotation into lengthy and monograph texts.Therefore,the types and stylistic changes in the Literature of pre-Qin Dynasty are complicated,with a multiple path,and the previously dominant idea of direct evolution may not be true.

    As a product of the human knowledge’s discipline standardization dominated by the modern cognitive rationality,literary theory has special regulations on the basis of knowledge production,which determines the double value validity of the knowledge production in literary theory.On the one hand,knowledge producer’s value judgment and pursuit provide an indispensable “intellectual”quality and creative character to the knowledge production,and make the literary experience become theory discourse.On the other hand,it participates in the composition of knowledge forms in literary theory,and guarantees humanities intention of the related knowledge production.Correct understanding of the knowledge production is an important theoretical premise,which can promote the level of literary theory’s construction.

    The political ontology of contemporary western Marxism is mainly related to Heideggerian existentialism,which means that Heidegger’s philosophy legacy is synthesized into Marxist political philosophy.Jameson focuses on the affinity between Marxism and Heideggerian political ontology.Marcuse was preoccupied with the connections between Heidegger’s concept of Dasein and the Marxian notion of the proletariat as the thrown collective.And Althusser worked at establishing his “aleatory materialism” based on Heidegger’s  late idea of Gelassenheit.The Heideggerian tendency of political ontology that Western Marxists have suggested is undoubtedly of great inspiration for our deeper research on Marxist political philosophy.However,it has neglected the transcendental and metaphysical methodology of Heidegger’s ontology,which at last makes itself fall into such fallacy.Historical materialism as a methodology of political philosophy will realize its criticism on any Heidiggerian political ontology.

    Trust is the lubricant of democracy and the key factor to influence election.For this reason,there is a close relationship between farmers' trust in grassroots government and their willingness to participate in election.The more the farmers trust grassroots government,the more they are willingly to participate in village election.It is found that minority villagers,villagers with higher-level education,members of Communist Party,and those villagers with higher income are more likely to participate in village election.The finding is of help to perfect village election system,strengthen farmers' willingness to participate in election and promote the level of farmers' participation in election.

    Network security of ideology involves different levels.It is generally divided into three levels from the inside,including independence of cultural sovereignty,consolidation of network position,and completeness of information frontier.With the rapid development of information technology,they are confronted with challenges of different levels.Therefore,risk management of ideology shall be strengthened.On the premise of keeping cultural sovereignty,recognizing and making up cultural defects,the network influence of dominant ideology shall be improved.At the same time,faced with the changes in the way of network culture spreading and infiltration,we should expand the network position of the mainstream ideology.We should establish a national “firewall”,protecting information frontier,and setting up a multidimensional defense line.

    Modernity is one of the theoretical perspectives to consider a nation’s punishment power.The foundation of nation’s punishment power in contemporary China is based on the theory of the Marxism authors.From this view,power is the real standpoint of a nation’s punishment power.In Foucault’s postmodern perspective,any subject will be the object of power mechanism.However,the theory of criminal punishment based on power is immoral to the criminals.So the standpoint to the theory of criminal punishment must be transferred to criminal’s free will and theories of criminal punishment shall be based on utilitarianism and retributionism.

    Suggestion from prosecutorial organizations for retrial is a common practice for the procuratorates to implement legal supervision on civil cases.It changes the fact that cases of protest are centered in the high-level procuratorates,making the legal supervision more reasonable in structure.Before it was revised,the Law of Civil Procedure was not sufficient to regulate suggestion from prosecutorial organizations for retrial,leading to prevailing consultative legislation and weak supervision in practice.The Law of Civil Procedure revised in 2012 will provide a good opportunity to institutionalize suggestion from prosecutorial organizations for retrial.While clearly defining the initiating,issuing and effectiveness of suggestion from prosecutorial organizations for retrial,the legislation should also implement strict supervision.

    Under the framework of non-linear and time-varying analysis,we investigate the macro-performance of monetary targeting paradigm of China’s monetary policy.Our econometric test shows that in recent years the macro-effect of monetary targeting is significantly weakening,its uncertainty is increasing and its efficiency is diminishing.At the same time,the efficiency of interest targeting is improving.So in the new market economy circumstances,we should use interest signal to monitor and guide the operation of macro economy,which is more flexible,less costly and contains more information.Also,the single intermediate target should be chosen.

    By using “energy curse hypothesis” instead of “resource curse hypothesis ”,this paper constructs an index which shows the true abundances of natural resources in Hunan Province and makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between its resource advantage and economic growth.It shows that in the long run,the effect of “resource curse” did exist in Hunan Province,but it was obvious in the first phase from 1985 to 1995,while in the second phase from 1996 to 2010,the effect of “resource curse” weakened significantly.Whether or not Hunan can finally get rid of the effect of “resource curse” depends on its ability to strengthen market-oriented science and technological innovation and promote the formation of human capital.

    Performance is an iconic indicator in measuring efficiency of human resource allocation.The article examines the overall development trend of talent performance in the Capital region and studies differentiation characteristics according to education levels,macro-industrial and emerging industry standards.The conclusions show that the performance level of the talent resources is improving year by year,and the structure of the talent resources allocation is in continuous optimization.The research indicates that there is a positive correlation between performance level and education background;the differentiated characteristics of macro-industry talent performance is apparent,with the secondary industry higher than the tertiary industry in the income-type performance;and the tertiary industry is higher than secondary industry in profits performance.In emerging industries,talent performance of financial,cultural creative and logistics exhibition is significant.Therefore,it provides direct evidence to select important industries in the Capital region in the future.

    The reform of rural credit cooperatives has been the core of financial reform in the rural areas.By investigating such aspects as service,innovation,management,and profitability with a SCP paradigm,it is found that improvement has been made in yield rate and non-performing loan ratio,and commercialization has become the trend for future reform.However,the relaxed requirement for market access for the rural financial institutions has not changed the monopoly situation,causing low service differentiation,outflow of rural fund,and poor service to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.To reform the rural credit cooperatives in the future,it is needed to strengthen government support,supervision and guidance,inspire service innovation,perfect structure,and enhance risk management.

    Since the reform and opening up,a large number of migrant workers have gone to work in cities with the help of social network.However,many female migrant workers,represented by household servants,are put in relatively disadvantaged status in the social network.Although female migrant workers have made effort to build a social network,they mainly rely on local social networks,forming endogenous relational network and extensional relational network alternately paralleling.Being in primary social net work,their choices are limited.Therefore,it is needed to optimize the construction of social network of the female migrant workers from both the external environment and internal conditions.
