Abstract: This paper discusses how to promote socialist core value system from philosophical review on the three aspects of essence cognitive,main forces,and value target.Attention should be given to the inner connection between core value system and mainstream ideology,to multi-dimensional integration,and to the promotion of cultural soft power.
