Abstract: After finishing the historical mission to catch up with the Western countries,developmental states inEastern Asia have to transform their state governance,e.g.to transform from a developmental state to a balanced state,realizing the coordination and balance among state,market,and society.The transformation of the developmental states in Eastern Asia has a relatively long process,and the key is to rule the relationship among state,market,and society with law.This transformation is of enlightening significance for present China in state governance and economic and social construction.
