On the Paradigm Shift in College Ideological and Political Theory Courses——From the Perspectives of Provider Position and the Demander Position

Abstract: The paradigm shift of education idea in college ideological and political theory courses is theresult of the interactions between the inner paradoxical movement and the outer environmental transformation.The shift has undergone a process from the provider position to the demander position.The former regards social demand as its starting and base points,while the latter holds a different view giving importance to man of reality.These two paradigms are both established to rid a certain dilemma of education idea in teaching college ideological and political theory courses.However,due to their own theoretical defects,they have fallen into new dilemma,therefore the unity of the provider position and demander position is the inevitable choice to overcome the malpractice of education idea in college ideological and political theory courses.
