Abstract: Poverty-eradication thoughts of the Communist Party of China are important parts of the anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics.Thesethoughts are condensed in China's poverty governance system,which are also the basic values for the establishment and improvement of China's poverty governance system.From ideological leadership to institutional leadership,giving full play to the dual role of ideological and institutional leadership in poverty governance is the basic experience of the CPC's success in eradicating poverty.The institutionalization of the poverty-eradication thought of the Communist Party of China is of positive significance not only to the governance of relative poverty,but also to the governance of other economic and social fields.Enlightened,we should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,to the socialist system,to the concept of people-centered governance,to the continuous development and improvement of the governance system,and to the consistency of the Party and government goals.Only by integrating the thought of governance of the Communist Party of China into the national governance system and realizing the organic unity of ideological leadership and institutional leadership can excellent governance efficiency be achieved.
