Property Right as the Guarantee of Free Will——A Reading Note on Hegel’s Principles of Law and Philosophy

Abstract: Property right is the guarantee of free will.Man exists by the possession of materials.Individual freedom and independent personality cannot exist without property right.Equal freedom does not mean average possession of wealth,and labor is the fundamental way to possess wealth.The appearance of private proprietary right is not only a sign of social progress,but also the realistic foundation to form the common proprietary rights.
