Abstract: Marx created a practical philosophy with modern significance,and the relationship between practice and matter has ever since replaced the relationship between philosophical thinking and existence and become the basic topic of Marx's philosophy.Since practice is the union of matter and consciousness,it is no longer considered as the same with matter.And since the nature of practice is its motivation and transformation upon matter,as so,is above matter,which constitutes the practical ontology of Marx's philosophy,it is not a concrete form of matter,and practical ontology is not the recurring of ancient thinking mode in the shape of some concrete matter.
