Abstract: Freedom is one of the basic concepts of philosophy which can only be solved from the perspective the theory of existence.However,the problems of freedoms are never solved due to the deficiencies in the theory of existence.So a correct theory of existence must be established to solve the freedom problems.Freedom not only reflects the transcendence but also the inter-subjectivity.Transcendence again originates from existence which is possible due to its purity.According to freedom,the inter-subjectivity can not be fully realized in the real field.It can only be realized in the aesthetics.Aesthetics is the living way of freedom and freedom can only be available within it.
