Abstract: Digital empowerment provides a pivotal opportunity for promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of China's fine traditional culture in the new era.It manifests itself in several ways:revolutionizing the presentation forms of Chinese culture through digital technologies,revitalizing the endogenous vitality of Chinese culture through the digital economy,promoting the sharing of cultural achievements through digital inclusion,and facilitating the global dissemination of Chinese culture through digital exchanges.In terms of value orientation,China adheres to balancing digital efficiency with digital justice,achieving an organic unity of social and economic benefits,and integrating national aspirations with global interests.Regarding practical pathways,coordinated efforts from the political,economic,cultural,and technological dimensions are imperative.This entails strengthening the digital governance of cultural resources,integrating digital cultural resources,deepening the cultural significance of digital artifacts,and innovating digital cultural methods.These measures collectively contribute to perpetuating China's cultural lineage,fostering cultural confidence,realizing the "second integration" — the integration of Marxism with China's fine traditional culture — and advancing Chinese modernization,which is characterized by the coordination of material and spiritual civilizations.
