摘要/Abstract

摘要：十六大以来，我国意识形态建设在遵循其内在发展规律的基础上取得巨大成就，社会主义意识形态的指导地位不断加强。这些基本规律可以概括为：社会主义意识形态建设坚持以党的建设为主导，以理论创新为动力，以宣传教育为武器，以加强队伍建设为生命，以增强社会认同为保障，以关注民生为根基，以引领时代潮流为主线，以繁荣先进文化为平台。积极探索和科学把握十六大以来党的社会主义意识形态建设的基本规律，是巩固社会主义意识形态指导地位、进行理论创新的必然选择。

Abstract: Since the 16th CPC national congress,China's ideology construction makes great achievements based on the inherent law.The guiding position of Socialist ideology becomes more strengthens.The fundamental laws include:Upholding the party's construction as the dominant,taking the theoretical innovation as a driving force,propaganda and education for weapons,strengthen the team construction as a life,enhancing social identity for security,concerning the people's livelihood as foundation,leading the trend of the times for mainline and prosperity the advanced culture as the platform.Actively explore and scientifically utilize the basic law of the construction of socialist ideology since the sixteenth congress party is the inevitable choice to consolidate the socialist ideology guiding status and theoretical innovation.
