摘要/Abstract

摘要：人民政协是中国特色的制度安排。中国共产党人民政协思想构成了人民政协理论发展和实践探索的独特动力。人民政协诞生于协商建国的伟大实践，契合了社会主义民主政治的内在要求，并在改革开放和现代化国家建设中不断被赋予新的时代内涵。中国共产党人民政协思想的历史演变是现代化国家建设、政治整合和人民民主实现三重逻辑共同作用的结果。中国现代化国家建设的战略目标决定了人民政协发展的方向；作为统一战线组织和社会主义民主实践形式的人民政协，从推进政治整合和实践人民民主两个维度服务于现代化国家建设目标，从而形成现代化国家建设与人民团结、人民民主的有机统一。

Abstract: The CPPCC is an institutional arrangement with Chinese characteristics.The thought of the CPPCC of the Communist Party of China constitutes a unique driving force for the theoretical development and practical exploration of the CPPCC.The CPPCC was born out of the great practice of consultation and nation-building,which conforms to the inherent requirements of socialist democratic politics,and is constantly endowed with new connotations of the times in the process of reform,opening up,and modern national construction.The historical evolution of the thought of the CPC and the CPPCC is the result of the triple logic of the construction of a modern country,political integration and the realization of people's democracy.The strategic goal of China's modern nation-building determines the direction of the development of the CPPCC.As an organization of the united front and a form of socialist democratic practice,the CPPCC serves the goal of building a modern country from the two dimensions of promoting political integration and practicing people's democracy,thus forming an organic unity of modern national construction,people's unity and people's democracy.
