摘要/Abstract

摘要：从聚焦中国之治走向推动构建人类命运共同体，习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想积极围绕着新时代中国向何处去、如何行稳致远和推动构建人类命运共同体三大政治命题作出了新的理论阐述。以人民为中心是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的政治学精髓与内核，其理论价值在于引领中国之治超越西方“民治、民有、民享”的政治理念及其实践，坚持以马克思主义为指导，推动中华优秀传统文化创造性继承和创新性发展，为破解人类共同难题、推动世界和平发展提供制度性思考和可通约性理念。把握好这一点，应依托“一带一路”建设，把中国梦与世界梦有机统一起来，并以既不“媚西”也不“复古”的姿态建设文化强国，贡献人类文明，以更宽广的马克思主义视野、更持久的大国担当来思考和把握未来发展面临的一系列重大问题。

Abstract: From focusing on the governance of China to promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,Xi Jinping thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era actively makes a new theoretical exposition around the three major political propositions of China in the new era:where to go,how to achieve stability and how to promote a community with a shared future for mankind.Taking the people as the center is the political quintessence and core of Xi Jinping thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and its theoretical value lies in leading the governance of China to transcend the western political concept and practice of "government of the people by the people and for the people".Adhering to Marxist theory as a guide,promoting the creative inheritance and innovative development of excellent Chinese traditional culture,it provides institutional thinking and commensurable ideas for solving common problems of mankind and promoting world peace and development.To grasp this point,we should rely on "Belt and Road Initiative",organically unify Chinese Dream with the dream of the world,build a cultural power neither flattering the West nor retro,and contribute to human civilization.With a broader Marxist vision and a more lasting role as a great power,we should consider and grasp a series of major issues for future development.
