摘要:赠地学院在美国高等教育史上具有举足轻重的作用,尤其是在培养技术人才方面,为美国实用主义教育方针奠定了坚实的基础。当前,我国技术人才的培养得到了广泛重视,但是在发展水平上与发达国家相比较还有较大差距,表现在管理体制、课程设置、师资队伍、经费保障等等方面,因此,学习赠地学院在技术人才培养中的特点,结合我国高职教育发展的现状,探索高职教育发展的策略是非常有必要的,也是构建我国技术人才培养体系的必然要求。

Abstract: American Land-grant College plays a very important part in the history of American education,especially in the training of technological talents,which has laid a solid foundation for American pragmatic educational principles.Today,although the training of technological talents in China has attracted a wide attention,compared to the growing levels in the developed countries,there is still a long distance in terms of management system,course design,teacher resources,and funding mechanism,etc.Therefore,based on the current situation of our higher vocational education,it is quite necessary to explore some effective strategies from the Land-grant Colleges experiences,which is also a demand for constructing the system of technological talents in China.
