摘要/Abstract

摘要：马克思的制度分析方法就是从唯物史观的基本原理出发，通过阐述制度与人、制度与社会之间的辨证关系去把握制度的本质。马克思对人的问题的考察历来强调要从现实出发，这就要求我们关注现实中人的生存境遇，而制度是人的生存和发展的实现形式。马克思在分析揭露资本主义制度时无处不渗透着其深切而强烈的人文关怀，关注人的生存、发展、前途以及命运。马克思制度分析的初始点源于对人的“实然”与“应然”矛盾的解决，而其制度分析的终极目标则是为人的全面发展探寻一条现实路径。

Abstract: Starting from the fundamental principles of materialism,Marx's system analysis method is to grasp the nature of system by illustrating the dialectical relations between system and man,and system and society.Marxism has always stressed on starting from reality on the issue of man,which calls for concern on human existence in reality,while system is the realization of human existence and development.In analyzing and disclosing the evil of capitalism,Marx showed a great humanistic concern on human existence,development,future,and fate.The starting point of Marx's system analysis was the solution to reality and necessity,and the goal was to find a way for man to realize all-round development.
