摘要：在世界文化之林中，中华文化是最具美学智慧的。它是诗性的文化，具有审美性。它的许多重要命题都通向美学之思。我们可以从“山下有火”、“文明以止”；“观乎人文，以化成天下”；“立象以尽意”、“得意忘言”；“象外之象”、“味外之旨”等中国哲学的重要命题推演出中华民族对美的独特理解，即美在文明；美在大化；美在忘象；美在境界等。

Abstract: In the world cultural forest,the Chinese culture is most renowned for its aesthetic wisdom.It is poetic and with high aesthetic vaulues.Many of its important propositions point to aesthetic thought.We can deduce the unique understanding of aesthetics on the part of Chinese people from such philosophic propositions as “There is fire at the foot of the mountain.”“Civilization destines…”“Observe humanism and conduct didacticism in the universe.”“Creat images to express oneself.”“Grasp the meaning and forget the words.”“There is more image beyond the image.”“There is some more meaning behind the words.”
