Abstract: Research on the strategies to promote Wulingshan regional development and poverty-alleviation program is significant both in theory and practice.At the macro strategic level,a sense of trinity is needed to put the regional development and poverty-alleviation program into the whole development of Hunan Province.Aiming at the four requirements of a green,innovative,digital and legal Hunan Province,emphasis should be paid to new type of industrialization,agricultural modernization,new type of urbanization,and informatization so as to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.At the implement level,five strategies should be followed,that is,the strategy of the optimized development of special structure,of the development of leading industry and specialty industry,of the development of intellectual resources,of the equalization of urban and urban public service,and of ecological construction and environmental protection.
