The study of western Marxist academic history shouldfocus on the theoretical effect of western Marxism,objectively grasping the internal logic of western Marxist history and theoretical development.It is the premise and foundation to objectively grasp the logic of western Marxism theory to change the research method of non-historicism and to break away from the value standpoint of Chinese Marxist philosophy theory and Chinese modernization practice.It is the key to our objective understanding of the logic of Western Marxist theory to reveal the relationship between Western Marxist theory and its social and historical conditions,cultural tradition,philosophy and social movement.It is of great value and significance to strengthen the research on the academic history of Western Marxism in order to promote the construction of Marxist theory in China and to solve the problems of modernity in the practice of Chinese modernization.

Although people may have disagreements on what values liberty might possess,they all agree that liberty is valuable.All valid consent necessarily entails liberty on the ground of its own will or autonomy.Since it implies the liberty of the consent subject,and liberty is generally regarded as a kind of value,consent possesses,to a certain extent,liberty value.Although consent is preconditioned with the liberty of consent subject,in practice such preconditions with loss of liberty are not uncommon.The factors that lead to the lack of liberty as a prerequisite for consent can be broadly summarized as threat,deception,temptation,and stress.

The extant texts and discourses of ZENG Guofan contain rich political and ethical thoughts.Tracing the source,what Zeng Guofan had been persistently committed to,sincerely believed in,respectfully fulfilled and strongly defended during his politicaland military career were the Confucian orthodoxy and the political orthodoxy of the Qing Court.Focusing on Confucian orthodoxy and political orthodoxy,Zeng vigorously advocated the political and ethical propositions of rule by rites and ethic,of humanistic pragmatism and of strengthening politics with talents,trying to seek a certain anchoring force or path for the continuation of Confucian orthodoxy and political orthodoxy through his own understanding and enlightenment.

Global tourism has stepped into the stage of spatial competitionin regional tourism.The Belt and Road Initiative provides beneficial explorations for international regional tourism cooperation and space expansion of China's regional tourism under the new era.At present,China's regional tourism has initially formed a "three horizontal and two vertical" spatial pattern.However,it has the certain limitations.Firstly,spatial heterogeneity and economic rationality in the tourist regions are not properly taken into consideration;secondly,tourism resources in countries along the route are not effectively utilized,leading to a low-level synergy of tourism destinations;thirdly,the origins and the destinations of tourists are highly coincident,causing a non-coordinated development pattern of "strong east and weak west",which is difficult to be effectively mitigated.Based on the three principles of high-end,spatial heterogeneity and cooperative sharing,China should build a multi-center and sub-regional tourism space system,urban agglomeration being the carrier;build high-quality tourism routes according to heterogeneity;improve the efficiency of regional tourism linkage,focusing on the construction of network facilities;strengthen the foundation for tourism cooperation among countries along the route,starting from the construction of industrial public lands.With these measures,China could optimize its spatial layout of regional tourism and improve its international competitiveness in regional tourism.

Tourism products are the core of the tourism industry.It is of great significance to study the temporal and spatial evolution of tourism product development of natural resources,for we can understand the law of regional tourism development,formation of tourism towns and rural revitalization.Taking Zhangjiajie as an example,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution and dynamic mechanism of tourism products and the rural revitalization from the perspective of industry generation cycle.Research results show that in different stages,the spatial distribution pattern of tourism products is different.The interaction between tourism product development and urbanization and rural revitalization runs through the temporal and spatial evolution of tourism products.The internal motivation of tourism product evolution in Zhangjiajie comes from the economic value of tourism,and the external motivation comes from the diversity of the tourists and their needs in different phases.Under the joint action of internal and external motivations,the tourism products have been continuously evolving and developing along the track in space.The results indicate a development model of "tourism product development-tourism industry development-tourism town formation -rural revitalization".

The clean ecology of government at the grass-roots level belongs to the category of political ecology,which means that the governance and service of the grass-roots government at all levels reach a kind of good political ecology.With a fundamental purpose to serve the people,the ecological system of clean grass-roots government has a historical heritage,whose normal operation needs the balances and supervision from all sides.In the modernization process of China's economy and society,the grass-roots government should not only realize its own political purpose,but also serve the development of the grass-roots economy and society.The political ecology of the grass-roots government is vulnerable to the erosion of the principle of commodity exchange,which is likely to cause dual dilemma of internal ecology and external ecology.The possible way out of the dilemma lies in that we should draw a clear political and economic boundary,avoiding the erosion of principle of commodity exchange to the clean ecology of grass-roots government.By building a contingent of high-quality and specialized grassroots cadres,we should optimize the clean ecology of grass-roots governments from the energy source.Also,we should promote grass-roots consultative democracy,and guarantee the people's right to participate extensively in grass-roots political life.

Human cognition from low to high can be divided into five levels:neural cognition,psychological cognition,language cognition,thinking cognition and cultural cognition.Accordingly,the content of social adaptation of ecological immigrants can be divided into five aspects:behavioral adaptation,psychological adaptation,language adaptation,thinking adaptation and cultural adaptation.Through investigation,it is found that,with the model of "three changes" + poverty alleviation of relocation and "three changes" + poverty alleviation of characteristic industries,HP village provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable social adaptation of migrants.However,even in such a resource-rich village,the social adaptation of immigrants faces many difficulties,such as behavioral deviation,psychological dependence,lag in thinking,and poor culture.We should guide the immigrants' psychology through a variety of channels,change their thinking,improve their skills,cultivate their responsibility,purify the environment,and then improve the level of social adaptation of poor households and the effect of targeted poverty alleviation.

There are several reasons for themechanism of insufficient supply of quality medical services in China.Firstly,the information on the demand for medical services in advance is incomplete,so the service purchasers make their decisions according to the expected average income.Secondly,the classification system and rating evaluation rules of medical institutions enable the service purchasers to get the quality information of medical services.Thirdly,the price control of the medical market,the medical security system and the rising income of the residents make the relative supply cost of medical services of different quality insufficient to offset the added benefits of quality,causing the service purchasers to sign contracts with medical institutions of higher quality.It is suggested that the distorted allocation of medical market resources should be solved by establishing a medical institution system that separates diagnosis and treatment from treatment and reforming the evaluation rules of medical institutions.

In the era of big data,a public service platform for targeted poverty alleviation is an effective carrier which not only gathers social resources for poverty alleviation together,but also promotes the implementing of poverty alleviation policies by stimulating the complementary advantages of the government mechanism,market mechanism,and the third sector mechanisms as well.From the perspective of the analytical framework of public service supply,the process of targeted poverty alleviation is one in which the government,non-government organizations and the targets of assistance interact with one another,based on the accountability of the expression rights,contracts and the customer rights.The targeted poverty alleviation service platform is suitable to take a government-led compound type,focusing on the four core links,building four functional modules,and adopting three service modes of agent service,direct service and indirect service.
