Abstract: In the era of big data,a public service platform for targeted poverty alleviation is an effective carrier which not only gathers social resources for poverty alleviation together,but also promotes the implementing of poverty alleviation policies by stimulating the complementary advantages of the government mechanism,market mechanism,and the third sector mechanisms as well.From the perspective of the analytical framework of public service supply,the process of targeted poverty alleviation is one in which the government,non-government organizations and the targets of assistance interact with one another,based on the accountability of the expression rights,contracts and the customer rights.The targeted poverty alleviation service platform is suitable to take a government-led compound type,focusing on the four core links,building four functional modules,and adopting three service modes of agent service,direct service and indirect service.
