Abstract: A government ruled by law is the core of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law,and it is the proper meaning of the idea of socialist rule of law.Xi Jinping's ideological system of building a government ruled by law is the crystallization of our party's practical experience and collective wisdom in governing the country according to law,and an important part of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.It is the latest theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence and a major theoretical innovation in the construction of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Government ruled by law is not only an important measure to build a socialist country ruled by law,but also an important aspect of the construction of a country ruled by law,a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law.In order to strengthen the construction of the government ruled by law in the new era,we should strengthen the transformation of government functions,deepen the reform of administrative law enforcement system,ensure the openness and fairness of administrative behavior,and build a clean and honest government.
