From Ethnic Memory to National Identity:Reconstruction and Re-embedding of the Chiyou Myth CHEN Liqiong Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (3): 154-160.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.03.015 Abstract （539）      PDF（pc） （761KB）（506）       Knowledge map    Save The myth of Chiyou is a shared cultural heritage created by the Chinese nation.With mythic narration as the prototype,festivals,operas,martial arts,landscapes and other diversified cultural carriers are derived in different regions,which together constitute a diversified yet integrated Chiyou cultural pedigree.It can be seen from the polyphonic narrative of the multi-ethnic group that the Chiyou myth constructed the collective memory of the same origin and common ancestor of the Chinese nation,endowed all ethnic groups with the identity of equality,unity,friendship and mutual assistance as brothers,and expressed the emotional connection with kinship of family and the country.It is proposed that in the new era,myths and legends are not only universal cultural symbols,but also concentrated expressions of multi-ethnic history,culture,social life and local experience,providing historical foundation and spiritual source for cultivating and solidifying the sense of community of the Chinese nation. Derived Risks and Their Transmission in Internet Public Opinion Reversal:Type Division and Relief Strategy ZHU Guowei Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (3): 99-111.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.03.009 Abstract （753）      PDF（pc） （1207KB）（453）       Knowledge map    Save The information control behavior in internet public opinion reversal can change the evolutionary direction of public opinion events by influencing the interpretation and attitude of information audiences,during the process of which new social risks are stimulated.According to the inductive combing of 50 widely discussed cases of internet public opinion reversal that occurred in 2016-2022,it is found that information control behaviors in internet public opinion reversal on the one hand take information content and cognitive framework as the control objects,and on the other hand social risks derived from information control behaviors may be transmitted to political and non-political domains.According to the results of the analysis,internet public opinion reversal can be classified into "leveraging type","uncontrolled type","reef type",and "crisis type",with "information control mode" and "risk transmission direction" as the core dimension division.After analyzing the four types,it is found that the evolution of the internet public opinion reverse is accompanied by the derivation,transmission and accumulation of social risks,forming a dual structure of "surface public opinion + deep social risks",which not only causes serious harm to social order and political stability,but also triggers the inertia of people's political distrust and becomes an important cause of mass incidents.Therefore,changing the separation of internet public opinion control and risk management and strengthening the risk management process in internet public opinion is the key to preventing and resolving the derivative social risks and their transmission in the process of internet public opinion reversal.On the one hand,the public sector should further strengthen the regulation and standardization of information dissemination and enhance its own information dissemination influence and competitiveness to dissolve information control behaviors;on the other hand,the public sector should create a flexible and rigid public opinion field and actively respond to the demands of groups in public opinion events to ease the derivation and transmission of risk energy. Can Digitization of Tax Collection and Administration Improve Enterprise Risk-taking?—A  Quasi-natural Experiment  Based  on "Golden Tax Phase III" WANG Jianxin, CHAO Kangjian, WAN Shouqiong Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2024, 45 (1): 93-104.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2024.01.009 Abstract （286）      PDF（pc） （838KB）（362）       Knowledge map    Save Based on the quasi-natural experiment of"Golden Tax Phase III" project,this paper studies the effect and mechanism of the digitalization of tax collection and administration on the level of enterprise risk-taking.The results show that the digitalization of tax collection and administration significantly improves the level of risk-taking by alleviating the short-sighted tendency of administration and improving the information quality of enterprises.Further analysis shows that the effect on corporate risk-taking is more significant in private enterprises,small-scale enterprises,and enterprises with lower audit quality and less attention from analysts.Government departments should continue to promote the construction of tax information,and further improve the data integration ability of big data tax collection and administration,while enterprises should improve internal and external governance mechanisms in order to give full play to the accurate governance effect of the digitalization of tax collection and administration. The Regional Differences and Formation Mechanism of Bachelors in China's Rural Areas:Analysis Based on the Village Social Structure LI Yongping Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (6): 113-123.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.06.010 Abstract （391）      PDF（pc） （794KB）（357）       Knowledge map    Save According to the differences between consanguineous and geographical structures,China's rural society can be divided into three ideal types:the united village in the south,the divided village in the north andthe dispersed village in the middle.The social structure of the village mainly shapes the formation logic of bachelors from two dimensions:the degree of family support for marriage and the degree of village rejection.To be specific,in the northern divided villages,the parents' support for their children's marriage is the strongest,and the social rejection to bachelors is the strongest in the villages,so the probability of being bachelors is the least.In the united villages in the south,the parents' support for their children's marriage is general,and the bachelors are mainly structurally protected by village society,so the probability of being bachelors is the second.In the dispersed villages in the middle,the parents' support for the marriage of their children is the weakest,and the village society has less rejection to bachelors,so both the probability of being bachelors and the number of bachelors are the largest.The sociological analysis of the regional differences of rural bachelors constructs a middle-level theoretical framework for the study of bachelors,which is of great significance to the social policy intervention of bachelors' crisis. On the Persons Involved in the Law Case and Their Rights Protection by the Law on Supervision QIN Qianhong, LI Shihao Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (4): 1-11.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.04.001 Abstract （665）      PDF（pc） （858KB）（348）       Knowledge map    Save Under the background of deepening the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,the Law on Supervision stipulates the special concept of persons involved in the law case.In practice,the supervisory organs and supervisors are confused about the concept of the persons involved in the case,and the Law on Supervision does not have any provision to clearly define the concept of the persons involved.Through the investigation and summary of the Law on Supervision and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on Supervision,the broad type characteristics of the persons involved in the normative system of the Law on Supervision can be abstracted,that is,they are involved in the crimes committed by public officials under the jurisdiction of the supervisory organs,related to the main case.Within the scope of the meaning of the persons involved in the case in a broad sense,from the point of view of the protection of human rights,the persons involved should be clearly defined as those who are related to the main case and are suspected of bribery,introduction of bribery or joint duty crimes.The provisions of the persons involved in the norms of the Law on Supervision that conflict with the above definition should be amended in the subsequent legislation in order to maintain the unity of the legal system.Under the premise of punishing corruption,in order to protect the legal rights of the persons involved in the case,we should do a good job in the understanding and application of the lenient system of pleading guilty to punishment.In the supervision procedure,the right of lawyer assistance is given to the persons involved in the case,and the legal assistance system of public lawyers is established.When applying monitoring measures to the persons involved in the case,they must strictly abide by the law and comply with the principle of proportionality.In addition,the qualified persons involved in the case should be transformed into "tainted witnesses" through the construction of the system,and exemptions should be provided for them to testify. Collection Efficiency of Basic Endowment Insurance Funds for Urban Employees:A Study Based on Dynamic Panel Threshold Model LONG Zhaoyang, LIANG Yangyang Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (2): 19-30.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.02.003 Abstract （529）      PDF（pc） （1038KB）（330）       Knowledge map    Save Using the statistical data of the collection of basic endowment insurance funds for urban employees in 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2015,this paper empirically investigates the impact of regional institutional alimony rate on the collection  efficiency of endowment insurance funds by using the dynamic panel threshold model.It is found that there is an inverted "U" curve relationship between the regional institutional alimony rate and the collection  efficiency of endowment insurance funds,and that there is a single threshold value.When the institutional alimony rate is lower than this value,the local government will take the initiative to bear the main responsibility for making up the gap of the endowment insurance fund,and when the institutional alimony rate exceeds this value,the local government will transfer the main responsibility for making up the gap of the endowment insurance fund to the central government,thus weakening the collection efficiency of the endowment insurance fund.After the robustness tests such as replacing the explained variable and using instrumental variable method,this conclusion is still valid.The study offers a new explanation for the inefficient collection  to the basic endowment insurance funds for urban employees in China,emphasizing the important role of local governments in collaborative collection and supervision. Research on the Effects of Digital Economy to Enable Industry Co-agglomeration QIAO Bin, DAI Peixin Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (1): 65-77.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.01.008 Abstract （772）      PDF（pc） （875KB）（318）       Knowledge map    Save The emergence of platform economy has fundamentally changed the formation and evolution of industrial clusters,forming a borderless virtual co-agglomeration relying on community-based and modular production,and the industrial division of labor is completely different from that in the era of industrial economy.Based on this,using the new economic geography model which integrates the Internet department and big data elements,this paper deduces the influence mechanism of digital economy enabling industrial co-agglomeration,and the mechanism of digital economy influencing specialization and then enabling industrial co-agglomeration by magnifying regional comparative advantage.Taking 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2008 to 2019 as research samples,the generalized spatial panel autoregressive two-stage least square method and intermediary effect model are used to empirically test the path and mechanism of industrial co-agglomeration in digital economy.It is found that:(1) Industrial co-agglomeration has positive spatial spillover effect,and digital economy significantly promotes industrial co-agglomeration.At the same time,specialization and division of labor is the main transmission way for the co-accumulation of empowering industries in digital economy.(2) The digital economy in the eastern region plays an important role in the coordinated development of industries and the development of regional integration,and the digital economy plays a stronger role in promoting the spatial co-accumulation of secondary and tertiary industries,which is more conducive to the development of integration.This paper enriches the relevant research on digital economy and industrial co-accumulation,and provides ideas for digital economy to promote regional coordinated development. The Alleviating Effect of Medical Insurance on Relative Poverty—Based on the Four Issues of CFPS Data LI Qiong, XIA Tao Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2024, 45 (1): 116-129.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2024.01.011 Abstract （253）      PDF（pc） （974KB）（296）       Knowledge map    Save Using the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2012,2014,2016 and 2018,this paper makes an empirical study on the alleviating effect of medical insurance on relative poverty.The results show that medical insurance can effectively alleviate the relative poverty of residents.Under the relative poverty lines of 40%,50% and 60% of the median household income,the probability of residents falling into relative poverty by participating in medical insurance can be reduced by 3.9%,4.6% and 4.8%,respectively.The effect of medical insurance on alleviating relative poverty is heterogeneous:the eastern region is weaker than the central and western regions,the rural area is stronger than the city,and the middle-aged group is stronger than the young group.Mechanism analysis shows that residents can improve their health and increase non-medical consumption expenditure so as to reduce the risk of falling into relative poverty by participating in medical insurance,and the good education of residents can further strengthen the alleviating effect of medical insurance on relative poverty.In order to give full play to the effect of medical insurance in alleviating relative poverty of residents,we should further increase public finance to medical insurance,speed up national overall planning mechanism of medical insurance fund,and actively promote "Healthy China" strategy and the "aging-oriented" reform of the medical insurance system. First, the form is "shi+S+（Ad）+V+（de）+O +（de）" or "S+shi+（Ad）+V+（de）+O+（de）".Second,shi is unstressed with no specific meaning,thus having no impact on the sentence structure once removed.In contrast to shi,de does not mark the focus of a sentence and can be omitted in many cases,and it can be placed at the end or in the middle of a sentence.Third, both shi and de are conducive in narrow the focal scale but cannot pin down the focus.The predicative shi is usually stressed in a cleft sentence,meaning "indeed" and having the attribute of a verb,hence cannot be omitted. The Problem in the Execution of Punishment against Liberty in Our Country and Its Solution:on Digital Governance of Recidivism Based on Intelligent Risk Assessment of Recidivism DI Xiaohua Journal of Jishou University(Social Sciences Edition)    2023, 44 (2): 31-43.   DOI: 10.13438/j.cnki.jdxb.2023.02.004 Abstract （570）      PDF（pc） （852KB）（249）       Knowledge map    Save The execution of punishment against liberty adheres to the combination of punishment and reform,with the purpose of transforming people.However,the traditional free execution punishment against liberty,characterized by the equal distribution of limited execution resources,not only intensifies the inherent contradiction between the punishment that deprives or restricts freedom and the reform that promotes the criminals to integrate into the society,but also causes the deviation between the means and the purpose of the reform,bringing the negative impact of unfair and inefficient execution of sentences.With the acceleration of the process of national rule of law,especially the continuous improvement of artificial intelligence in criminal justice,the unification of penalty execution reform must promote the integration of punishment against liberty with the assistance of artificial intelligence technology.To this end,in response to the mismatch between supply and demand that exists in traditional execution,it is essential to rely on the development of intelligent risk assessment of recidivism,to achieve dynamic matching of criminal causes and responses through accurate assessment,immediate warning,precise recommendation,evidence-based supervision and reform,and in this way to achieve the integration goals such as unified standards,subject coordination,relationship harmonization,procedural standardization,and backward and forward convergence in the execution of punishment against liberty.
