Abstract: Ideology as a complete system that combined with symbol,values,and beliefs is an important part of any social structure and the country’s national strategy.After the Cold War,the anti-communist strategy of United States for the purpose of containment and weakening the Soviet Union quickly turned to the offensive of “global democratization”,and in turn built three kinds of the foreign policy ideologies,such as new intervention,neo-conservatism and neo-realism.After the Cold War,the ideology of “soft power” strategic of the United States of America embodied great rift and conflict,which included Universal values and global expansionism;four paradox like welcomes a strong china and networking containment on China,idealism and American falling down,and double standards in natural Human rights show the face of hypocrisy of American.
