Abstract: Distributive injustice prevails over the modern society and brings unhealthy influence to the society. The appeal for the appearance of distributive justice is inevitable. From the perspective of economical philosophy, distributive justice is based on the adherence to the value of human existence and dignity of life, spontaneously standing firm on physical economic basis. It scrutinizes the economic justice of the distribution of social economic wealth and examines the value and purpose.Distributive justice is possible today because bad influence resulting from distributive injustice provides the momentum for the appearance of distributive justice;the ontological attributes that exist in natural life and super-natural life provide humanity grounds for distributive justice;the ever growing wealth accumulation in modern society provides tangible material basis for distributive justice. In today’s China, practice distributes just value. It follows three basic principles:equal need for basic economy;distribution according to performances;favorable for the least beneficiary.
