Abstract: The ever deteriorating environmental problem has posed a threat and challenge to human dignity,which entails new human rights to iron out those problems.Environmental right is one of the new human rights,which has ethical features of public rights and private rights.It also exemplifies characteristics of integrity and continuity advocated by public rights and individuality and instantaneity advocated by private rights.Whereas,the ethical features of the environmental right,which takes on both negative rights with the bottom ethnic meaning and positive rights concerned about the concept of people being the priority,will be manifested in the service for a healthy and fruitful lifestyle.
